Important Safety Instructions

Thank you for choosing our product. Before installation, we would like to remind you some notes, which is very important for operating safely and properly, as follows:

  • Be sure to read this user manual before starting your operation.
  • You must install the dish with correct direction and angle. If the dish is not working properly, contact your local dealer.
  • When the unit is suddenly moved to a hot area from a cold area, it may cause some problems. In that case, turn off the power, and turn on again after 1-2 hours.
  • Keep meter placed in clean space with sufficient ventilation.
  • Do not cover the meter with or place it on a unit that emits heat.
  • Clean the case by a soft cloth with a little washing liquid.
  • Do not remove the cover.
  • Do not let the unit exposed to extreme heat, cold or humid conditions.
  • No liquids or any other materials to come inside of the unit.

The Menu OSD Instruction

If you have installed and connected the cables of the meter, open the power switch, into the main menu.

  • Sat Setting
  • Signal Find
  • Tools
  • SAT Manager
  • TP Manager
  • System Setup

Press [Up Arrow] [Down Arrow] key to move the cursor up or down in the menu interface, then use [OK Button] to confirm a selection.

Sat Setting

  • Sat Name: Press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to select satellite.
  • LNB Type: Press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to select LNB Type.
  • Low Freq: Press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to select Low Freq or press [OK Button], then use the [Up Arrow] [Down Arrow] key to input the value.
  • High Freq: Press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to select Hi Freq or press [OK Button], then use the [Up Arrow] [Down Arrow] key to input the value.
  • TP NUM: Press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to select TP number.
  • Frequency: Frequency of the current transponder, input the value by using the [Up Arrow] [Down Arrow] keys.
  • Symbrate: Symbol rate of the current transponder, input the value by using the [Up Arrow] [Down Arrow] keys.
  • Polarity: Press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to change vertical or horizontal of polarization.
  • 22K: Press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to switch the 22K tone; if you select universal type, the 22K setting is AUTO.
  • DiSEqC Mode: Press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to set the type of port as DiSEqC1.0/1.1 or Unicable.
  • DiSEqC type & Input: If we select diseqc1.0/1.1, we can press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to set the port number. If select Unicable, we can press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to select IF Channel, and use [Up Arrow] [Down Arrow] key to input Center Frequency.
  • LNB Power: Press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to switch LNB power on /off.

When all of settings are ok, press [Return Button], then press [OK Button] for save the edit.

Signal Scan

Move the cursor to SAT, we can press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key into satellite list, then press [Up Arrow] [Down Arrow] key to select satellite you want.

Move the cursor to F, we can press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key into TP list, then press [Up Arrow] [Down Arrow] key to select TP you want. We can also press [OK Button], then use [Up Arrow] [Down Arrow] key to edit TP frequency.

Move the cursor to SR, we can press [OK Button], then use [Up Arrow] [Down Arrow] key to edit Symbol rate.

Move the cursor to POL, we can press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to change vertical or horizontal of polarization.

When all of settings are ok, we can check the LNB signal.

Tools

Press [Up Arrow] [Down Arrow] key to move the cursor, then press [OK Button] to select the option. Press [Up Arrow] [Down Arrow] key to input value, and press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to set east/ west or north/south. The bottom of the screen can get the parameters of the satellite.

The Tools screen displays the following parameters:

  • Satellite Name: ASIA2
  • Sat Longitude: 100.5 E
  • Local Longitude: 141.2 E
  • Local Latitude: 12.9 N
  • Azimuth: 255.4
  • Elevation: 41.2
  • Polarization: -70.6

Sat Manager

  • Add Satellite
  • Edit Satellite
  • Delete Satellite

Add Satellite: The setting refers to Antenna Setup.

Edit Satellite: Press [Left Arrow] [Right Arrow] key to page up /down; then press [Up Arrow] [Down Arrow] key to select the satellite; press [OK Button] to edit satellite setting, refer to Antenna Setup.

Delete Satellite: Refer to Edit Satellite then press [OK Button] to delete satellite.

The Satellite Setup screen shows options: 1 Add Satellite, 2 Edit Satellite, 3 Delete Satellite.

TP Manager

  • Add Transponder
  • Edit Transponder
  • Delete Transponder

Please refer to Satellite Setup.

The Transponder Setup screen shows options: 1 Add Transponder, 2 Edit Transponder, 3 Delete Transponder.

System Setup

The first line is the Hardware serial number and the software Version.

  • Set Language: switch the system language.
  • Key Press Beep: switch the key beep.
  • Signal Lock Beep: switch beep alarm.
  • Flashlight: switch flashlight.
  • Signal Strength: select the signal unit.
  • Local longitude: set local longitude.
  • Local latitude: set local latitude.

The System Setup screen displays:

  • S/N: 125.070.239.132, SW:V1.26, Oct 24 2014
  • OSD Language: English
  • Key Tone: ON
  • Lock TONE: ON
  • Flashlight: OFF
  • PWR Unit: dbm
  • Local Longitude: 241.2 E
  • Local Latitude: 92.9 N
