Web Configuration & Remote Control

  1. Connect the Ethernet (RJ-45) port on the back panel of the Modulator and the Ethernet port of a PC with an Ethernet cable. Power on the Modulator.
  2. Configure the IP address of the PC to be 192.168.1.100.
  3. Launch a Web browser on the PC and type http://192.168.1.15.

The default IP address of the Modulator is 192.168.1.15. The current IP address can be found from the LCD menu: System Setup ? IP Address.

All configuration settings available in the LCD menu are accessible through the Web interface.

Video Quality

Video quality is optimized by determining the size and speed to transmit MPEG packets to the TV. Packet latency and delay variation are adjusted automatically by the Modulator for best video quality and performance.
