Assembly Instructions

Step 01: Assemble Base Frame

Connect side panels (5, 6) to the bottom panel (7) and back panels (9, 10). Use four M6 x 70 screws (Hardware A) for each side panel, securing them to the bottom and back panels.

Visual Aid: Two side panels are attached vertically to a horizontal bottom panel. Two back panels are attached to the rear edges of the side and bottom panels. Screws are shown being inserted into pre-drilled holes.

Step 02: Attach Top Frame and Back Panel

Attach the top frame panel (8) and back panel (11) to the upper part of the side panels (5, 6). Use four M6 x 70 screws (Hardware A) for each side panel.

Visual Aid: The top frame panel is placed on top of the side panels. A back panel is attached to the rear. Screws are shown being inserted.

Step 03: Attach Doors

Attach the two door panels (12) to the front of the assembled frame. Use twelve M4 x 25 screws (Hardware B) to secure the doors to the frame.

Visual Aid: The two door panels are positioned at the front opening of the cabinet. Screws are shown fastening them in place.

Step 04: Attach Top Panel

Secure the main top panel (1) to the top of the cabinet structure. Use ten M4 x 25 screws (Hardware B).

Visual Aid: The top panel is placed on the assembled frame. Screws are shown being inserted from the underside or sides into the top panel.

Step 05: Install Shelves

Insert the shelves (2, 3) into the designated slots within the cabinet.

Visual Aid: Two shelves are shown being slid into place inside the cabinet structure.

Step 06: Attach Door Panels

Attach the door panels (4) to the cabinet. Use twelve M3 x 16 screws (Hardware C) and four hinge brackets (Hardware D) to secure each door panel.

Visual Aid: The door panels are being attached to the main structure. Brackets and screws are shown in detail.

Step 07: Attach Hinges and Handles

Attach the hinges (F) and door handles (E) to the door panels (4). Use sixteen M3 x 16 screws (Hardware C) for this step.

Visual Aid: Hinges are attached to the doors, and handles are attached to the doors. Screws are shown securing these components.

Assembly is now complete. The cabinet is ready for use.
