Safety and Personal Safety Warnings

General Safety:

• Always wear safety glasses, gloves, safety shoes, and a helmet (head protection) during installation.
• Do not install the greenhouse during extreme weather conditions such as strong winds or very low temperatures.
• Keep children and pets away from the assembly area.
• Ensure the product is assembled only by individuals with appropriate skills.
• Familiarize yourself with applicable safety and construction regulations.
• A permit may be required for erecting the greenhouse; consult local authorities.
• The greenhouse must be built on a level and stable surface.
• It is recommended to secure the greenhouse to an immovable object or the ground.
• Keep the roof clear of snow and leaves. Heavy snow accumulation can damage the greenhouse.
• Keep doors closed to prevent wind damage.
• Do not stand on the roof.
• Risk of Injury: Ensure all parts are intact and assembled correctly. Incorrect assembly poses a risk of injury. Damaged parts can compromise safety and function.
• Keep flames and heat sources away from the product.

Maintenance and Cleaning:

• Periodically check all screws and tighten them if any connections are loose.

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble the greenhouse:

1. Step 1: Assemble the base frame. Connect panels labeled 'A' and 'B' to panels 'D' and 'E' using screws 'F5x3' and 'F4x3'. Secure panels labeled 'J' as shown.
2. Step 2: Attach vertical posts labeled 'K' to the base frame. Use screws 'F5x16' and 'F4x16' for secure attachment at points labeled 'I' and 'II'.
3. Step 3: Connect the side wall components. Attach panels 'AF' and 'BC' to the vertical posts using screws 'F6x4' and 'F7x4' (assembly (1)). Attach panels 'AE' and 'BD' similarly (assembly (2)). Connect 'AD' and 'BA' (assembly (3)), and 'AC' and 'BA' (assembly (4)) using screws 'F6x4' and 'F7x4'.
4. Step 4: Assemble the roof structure. Connect the roof beams labeled 'V', 'Y', 'Z' and cross supports labeled 'W', 'X' using screws 'F5x14' and 'F4x16'. Ensure connections are made at points 'I', 'II', 'III', 'IV', 'V', 'VI', 'VII' as illustrated.
5. Step 5: Attach roof panels. Connect roof panels labeled 'T', 'D1', and 'AK' using screws 'F4x4', 'F6x8', 'F5x4', and 'F7x8'.
6. Step 6: Continue assembling the roof structure. Connect panels labeled 'Q', 'AJ', and 'R' using screws 'F7x16', 'F5x8', 'F6x16', and 'F4x8'.
7. Step 7: Complete the main frame assembly. Attach roof beams labeled 'I' and 'II' and other supports using screws 'F5x12' and 'F4x12'.
8. Step 8: Attach side and roof supports. Connect panels labeled 'M', 'N', 'O', 'P', and 'O1' using screws 'F5x12' and 'F4x10'. Ensure correct alignment at points 'I', 'II', 'III', 'IV', 'V', 'VI', 'VII'.
9. Step 9: Attach remaining roof beams and supports. Connect components labeled 'ABx8' and 'AAx8' using screws 'F5x12' and 'F4x14'. Follow the detailed connection points 'I' through 'IX'.
10. Step 10: Attach roof panels. Connect panels labeled 'AG', 'AH', 'AX', and 'F1' using screws 'F5x6', 'F4x5', and 'F1x1'.
11. Step 11: Attach roof panels. Connect panels labeled 'AM', 'AO', 'AP', and 'AI' using screws 'F5x4', 'F4x4', and 'F3x2'.
12. Step 12: The overall structure is now assembled.
13. Step 13: Assemble the door mechanism. Connect components 'AZ' and 'AN' using screws 'F3x2'.
14. Step 14: Attach the door. Secure the door using screws 'F5x2'.
15. Step 15: Install the polycarbonate panels. Attach panels labeled 'a', 'b', 'c', 'd', and 'L' to the frame, ensuring they are correctly oriented and secured.
16. Step 16: Assemble the base frame and supports. Connect components 'AU', 'AR', 'AS', 'BE', 'AT', 'AQ', and 'B1' using screws 'F2x16', 'F4', 'F5', 'F2', 'F7', and 'F6'.
17. Step 17: Attach the remaining roof panels. Secure panels labeled 'i' and 'h' to the frame.
18. Step 18: Final view of the assembled greenhouse.
19. Step 19: Detail view of door attachment. Secure door elements labeled 'q' and 'p'.
20. Step 20: Assemble the base frame and supports. Connect components 'BGx4', 'BNx2', 'BFx4', 'BIx4', 'BJx6', 'BKx18', 'BLx40', and 'BMx8' using 'M5x10' screws and other fasteners as indicated.
21. Step 21: Final assembly of the base and supports, showing connections using screws and brackets.

Regularly check all screws and tighten them if any connections are loose to ensure the structural integrity and safety of the greenhouse.
