Note: 2013-2018 Altima models with Navigation may have a white box under the radio, identified as the A/C auto control amp. This component is necessary for the Air Conditioner and must be reinstalled and connected to the factory A/C connector.

Model A: 2013-2015 Nissan Altima, Original Radio without Screen

Model Number: SW5227/SYRC8812

This model is for Nissan Altima radios without a screen. The CAN011-R harness is compatible.

Compatibility with Original functionality: Bose Amplifier, Backup Camera, USB Cable, Air Condition Climate Controls.

Proper Wiring Harness: CAN011-R (Included)

3. How to connect factory backup camera

S1: Connect the yellow male camera RCA connector (from CAN011-R or CAN008-X) to the PIN10 Rear CAM VIN on the head unit.

STEP 2: Set Camera Format

Problem: Backup camera image is black when the car is put in reverse.

Solution: Confirm the camera's resolution and select the appropriate format in the head unit settings.

  • If the camera is not HD, choose normal SD: NTSC/PAL.
  • If the camera is HD, choose normal HD: AHD 720P/25fps, or AHD 1080P/25fps.

Test the camera again after changing the format.

S1: Connect to Wi-Fi or phone hotspot to activate Tlink. Access Wi-Fi by opening the Quick Setting Menu and long-pressing the Wi-Fi icon. Clear previous Tlink usage records.

S2: If an auth_key is required, take a clear photo of the QR activating code and send it to the engineer for activation. This involves clicking "About" on the Tlink app, selecting the Wireless Carplay/Android Auto option, clicking "refresh" for a new QR code, and sending the photo. The code may become invalid if too much time passes.

4. Connect the AMP CONT line of CANO11-R to get sound

Problem: No sound after connecting the CANO11-R harness.

Solution: Connect the Blue amp control line to a 12V AMP CONT line.

Step 1: Locate the No.18 AMP_CONT line on the CANO11-R harness.
