Heads-Up Display (HUD) Function

The display information can be reflected off the inner windshield for easy reference without obstructing the view of the road. This function is best used at night due to limited lumen output.

  1. Choose the display configuration you wish to view while driving.
  2. Go to the configuration screen and select display settings.
  3. Choose Mode, then select Reversed. The display will appear upside down.
  4. Push the HUD unit (C) away until it is horizontal.
  5. The display will reflect off the windshield. Adjust brightness so information is visible but does not interfere with driving.

Manual Wake Up Function

The unit can be manually started without the engine running, which is necessary for clearing DTC codes on some engines.

  1. Turn the vehicle key to ON, but do not start the engine.
  2. Press one of the four buttons to wake the unit from hibernation.
  3. Press a button again within one minute to prevent re-hibernation.
  4. To re-enter hibernation (or turn off while the engine is running), press one of the four buttons once after tasks are complete. The unit will hibernate in one minute.

Fuel Consumption Data

Accurate fuel consumption results require two factors:

  1. Select the correct fuel type (Gasoline or Diesel) in System Setting – Fuel Type.
  2. Fuel consumption calculation is based on airflow data or turbine/inlet pressure. Vehicles without these systems may not display correct consumption.
