Setting up and Using the Sanitizer Wand
The power button and indicator light are located at the base of the wand.
How to Use
- To turn on the sanitizing wand, press the power button for 2 seconds.
- The UV light will turn on, and the indicator light will light up blue while the wand is on.
- To turn the wand off, press the power button at the base of the wand.
Two Ways to Sanitize
- Begin by holding the sanitizing wand as close as possible, no more than one-half inch above the object's surface. Move slowly across the object surface, ensuring it gets at least 20 seconds of disinfecting UV light. 30 seconds is recommended.
- When disinfecting objects in the stand-alone position, place the objects directly under the UV light and allow the UV light to penetrate it for at least 10 minutes.
? Note: As a safety measure, when the UV light radiates upward, the power supply will automatically turn off to avoid causing injury to the eyes.
To Charge the Wand
- Plug the provided MicroUSB cable into the charging port.
- Plug the USB end into a USB power source.
- The indicator light will light up red while charging.
- When the wand is fully charged, the indicator light will turn off.
Troubleshooting
The wand will not turn on
- Make sure that the wand is facing downwards, not upwards.
- Ensure that the wand sanitizer is charged.
