Installation Steps

Step 1: Mount the Wall Plate

Option A: Wooden Stud Installation

Secure the wall plate to a wooden stud using the provided hardware.

Option B: Brick or Concrete Wall Installation

Secure the wall plate to a solid brick or concrete wall using appropriate wall anchors (W-A, W-B) and screws.

Step 2: Attach VESA Plate to Monitor

Attach the VESA plate to the back of your monitor using M-A/M-B screws and M-C bolts. Ensure compatibility with your monitor's VESA pattern (50x50mm to 100x100mm).

Step 3: Fix Combination to Wall

Attach the assembled mount (monitor with VESA plate) to the wall plate already secured to the wall.

Step 4: Adjust Position

Adjust the mounted TV to your desired viewing position. The mount allows for tilt adjustments between +5° and -15°.

  • Do not install near air conditioning vents or areas with excessive dust/fumes.
  • Install only on vertical walls; avoid slanted surfaces.
  • Avoid locations subject to shock or vibration.
  • Avoid direct bright light exposure, which can cause eye fatigue.
• Ventilation: Ensure sufficient space around the display for adequate ventilation.
• Structural Integrity: Verify the strength of the wall, ceiling, or floor. It must support at least four times the combined weight of the display and mount. Ensure the location can withstand strong shocks like earthquakes.
• Parts Integrity: Do not modify accessories or use broken parts. Contact your dealer for assistance.
• Screw Tightening: Tighten all screws securely, but avoid excessive force to prevent damage.
• Post-Removal: Holes and bolts may remain in the wall after the display and bracket are removed. Stains may occur after extended use.
• Warranty: The product warranty covers the mount body for 5 years. The manufacturer cannot control wall/ceiling/floor quality or installation practices.
• Disputes: Consult the English language manual for any disputes regarding terms and conditions.
