Installation Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Wall
Identify the desired mounting location on the wall. Ensure the wall is suitable for mounting (e.g., solid concrete). Use a drill with appropriate bits.
- Drill pilot holes using a 4.9mm twist bit.
- For concrete walls, use a 10mm concrete bit.
- Drill holes to a depth of 60mm.
- Important: Drill only into solid concrete; do not drill into mortar.

Step 2: Install Wall Anchors
Insert the concrete anchors (W-B) into the drilled holes. Tap them gently with a hammer if necessary to ensure they are flush with the wall surface.

Step 3: Mount the Wall Plate
Attach the wall plate to the wall using the provided screws (W-A) and washers (G). Ensure the plate is level using a spirit level. Tighten the screws securely.

Step 4: Attach Brackets to TV
Attach the TV brackets to the back of your TV using the appropriate screws (A-E) and washers (G, H) from Package M. Refer to your TV's manual for specific screw hole locations and sizes. Ensure brackets are securely fastened.

Step 5: Mount TV onto Wall Plate
Carefully lift the TV and hook the attached brackets onto the wall plate. Secure the TV to the wall plate using the provided locking screws and mechanism, as shown in the diagram. Ensure the TV is securely attached and cannot be accidentally dislodged.

Warranty Information
Warranty Conditions (English)
The receipt must clearly list the date of purchase and the part number, in addition it should be printed. Keep the receipt for the entire warranty period since it is required for all warranty claims. During the warranty period the defective items will be credited, repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's expense. Work carried out under the warranty neither extends the warranty period nor starts a new warranty period. The manufacturer reserves the right to void any warranty claim for damages or defects due to misuse, abuse or external impact (falling down, impact, ingress of water, dust, contamination or break). Wearing parts (e.g. rechargeable batteries) are excluded from the warranty. Upon receipt of the RMA goods, Gembird Europe B.V. reserves the right to choose between replacement of defective goods or issuing a credit note. The credit note amount will always be calculated on the basis of the current market value of the defective products.
