Feature Explanations:
- Turbo (PR1385C only): Power boost for shaving thick facial hair.
- Waterproof: Shaver can be used in shower with gels and cleaned under running water.
- Cordless: Shaver operates without the power adaptor cord.
- Quick Charge: 5-minute charge provides 5 minutes of shaving.
- 3 Stage LED Indicator (PR1340D, PR1362C): Blinking red = low battery; Pulsing green = charging; Light off = full charge.
- Fuel Gauge LED Indicator (PR1385C): Shows remaining charge (3 solid green = full, 2 solid green = 2/3 full, 1 flashing green = 1/3 full/low charge). All lights solid green for 5 mins then off at full charge.
- Worldwide Voltage: Shaver automatically adapts to 100V-240V outlets.
Charging
Before first use, charge for the full charge time for optimal battery performance.
- Plug the power adaptor into the shaver (See Diagram A).
- Plug the adaptor into a wall outlet (See Diagram B).
- Refer to the model chart for full charge times.
- Use the shaver until recharge is required.
For shavers with Quick Charge: A 5-minute quick charge provides 5 minutes of shaving.
Caution: Ensure the shaver and hands are dry when charging. Always charge in a cool, dry place.
Shaving
- Press the power button to turn on (See Diagram C).
- Shave face and neck using short, circular strokes (See Diagram D).
- Use light pressure against the skin.
- Pulling skin taut with the other hand helps low-lying hairs stand up for easier cutting.
Turbo Mode (PR1385C only): Press the power button a second time. Turbo mode is indicated by lights racing up the handle tracks.
Trimming
- Press the trimmer release button to engage the trimmer (See Diagram E).
- Trim long hairs and sideburns (See Diagram F).
- Close the trimmer by pressing it down (See Diagram G).
Stubble Look
The stubble attachment comb helps maintain a 3-day stubble look. It cannot shave a full beard down to stubble length.
- Clean shave face and let beard grow for 2-3 days.
- Attach the stubble attachment to the cutting head.
- Shave face with slow, rotating motions. The attachment trims hairs over 1.5 mm. Use light pressure for even results.
- Shave every two days to maintain length; do not let hairs grow too long.
- Detach the attachment for a clean-shaven look on areas without stubble.
Tips: Faster growing beard areas are trimmed first; slower areas fill in over days/weeks.
