Monthly, annual, and 24-month fixed-term payment options are available for AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss. Pricing varies based on the specific iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch model. Special pricing is available for purchases made through the Apple Education Store and Apple Small Business Store.

Claim Filing Procedures:

To file a claim for damage, loss, or theft, customers can visit support.apple.com or call 800-APL-CARE. Claims must be filed within 60 days of the incident. Proof of coverage and a receipt are necessary, along with details of the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Exclusions:

The plan has several exclusions, including damage from normal wear and tear, reckless or intentional acts, fire, Acts of God, and use outside of permitted or intended use. Serial number alteration, voluntary parting with the device, illegal trade, confiscation, unauthorized parts or service, and preventative maintenance are also excluded.
