Vogue Cream Whipper

Safety Instructions
- Do not pour boiling water into the whipper.
- Do not use more than 1 charger per 1/2 litre of cream.
- Do not put the whipper in a freezer. Store in a refrigerator if necessary.
- Do not use the whipper if damaged.
- Keep the cream whipper out of sun and away from heat.
- Only open the top of the whipper when the charge is completely spent.
Operation
Charging the Bottle
The cream whipper consists of the following parts:
- Main body (bottle)
- Top lid assembly with lever and valve mechanism
- Charger holder
- Cream charger (N2O, not supplied)
- Dispensing nozzles (e.g., tulip, star, crescent, straight)
- Charger cap
- Rubber washer
To charge the bottle:
- Unscrew the top of the whipper and fill the bottle with well-chilled fresh cream. Note: Do not fill with more than half a litre of cream.
- Ensure the rubber washer is in place and replace the top of the whipper.
- Screw the desired nozzle onto the threaded valve cap (labeled 1 in diagrams).
- Remove the charger cap and insert the Nitrous Oxide (N2O) cream charger (not supplied) into the charger holder (labeled 2). Note: Use only non-threaded chargers.
- Screw the charger holder with the charger onto the metal thread until the charge releases into the bottle (indicated by 3).
- Shake the cream whipper 3-5 times in a vertical direction. Note: Heavier creams may require more shaking; ensure cream is well chilled.
- Unscrew and remove the charger holder with the spent charger.
- Replace the charger cap.
Dispensing the Cream
- Turn the cream whipper upside down.
- Hold the nozzle approximately 0.5-1cm above the surface and gently depress the lever (labeled 4). Note: If cream does not flow smoothly, shake the bottle and try again.
Clearing a Blockage
If the valve becomes clogged:
- Place the whipper on a countertop and wait for contents to settle.
- Cover the spout with a thick cloth and depress the lever several times until all gas is discharged.
- Unscrew the top.
- Unscrew the nozzle and valve cap, then remove the valve (labeled 5). Rinse the valve in warm water to clear the blockage.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
- Always fully discharge the bottle before cleaning by depressing the handle.
- The appliance and its attachments are NOT dishwasher safe. The valve can be removed for cleaning.
- Never store with cream in the nozzle. After use, remove the top and clean in warm, soapy water.
- Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
