Installation
- Remove all packaging.
- Your appliance should come fully assembled, however, should you need to assemble ensure that one of the grub screws is located fully in the grove on the upstand as shown (see diagram 1).

Operation

- Place the cup in position.
- Slice fruit in half and place on the strainer cone, face down.
- Lower handle gently to allow juice to flow into cup.
- Raise and remove skin.
- Repeat.

Cleaning, Care and Maintenance
- Clean with warm soapy water straight after use.
- Dry all parts thoroughly after cleaning.
- Regularly check that all screws are tight.
