Transportation, Storage, and Warnings

Transportation: Products shall be free from severe vibration, impact, exposure to rain, dumping, and other problems during transportation. Comply with the provisions of the marks on the packing boxes. This product has no waterproof and dustproof function.

Storage: Store in a warehouse where the temperature is between -10℃ to +45℃, and the relative humidity is between 5%RH to 90%RH (non-condensation). The indoor environment should be free from acid, alkali, salt, corrosive substances, explosive gas, and flammable matter, and protected from dust, rain, and snow.

Warnings: Do not disassemble, reassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the product by yourself. Such actions may cause electric shock, leading to serious injury or death.

Product Description

The smart gateway is the control center for ZigBee and Bluetooth devices. Users can design and implement smart application scenarios by adding ZigBee and Bluetooth devices.

Preparation for Use

1. Download MOES APP

The MOES App is recommended for its enhanced compatibility and features compared to Tuya Smart/Smart Life App, including Siri control, widgets, and personalized scene recommendations. (Note: Tuya Smart/Smart Life App still functions, but MOES App is highly recommended).

2. Register or Log In

Enter the Register/Login interface in the MOES APP. Tap "Register" to create an account using your phone number or email address and set a password. If you already have an account, choose "Log in".

Add Devices

1. Connect Power: Connect the power cable to the gateway. Ensure the LED indicator (red) blinks. If it's in a different state, press the reset button until the red indicator blinks.
2. Network Connection: Make sure your mobile device's Bluetooth switch is on and that your mobile is connected to your home's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. At this point, your mobile phone and the gateway should be on the same local area network.
3. Add Gateway in App: Open the MOES APP. The gateway should be found automatically; tap "Add". If not found, tap the "+" button in the upper right corner, select "Gateway Control" from the left menu, and choose "Multi-mode Gateway". Press the function button until the LED indicator blinks, then follow the app's instructions.
4. Wi-Fi Setup: Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted, click "Next", and wait for the connection to complete. Once the device is added successfully, you can edit its name to access the device page by clicking "Next".
5. Confirmation: After successful addition, the device will appear on the "My Home" page.

The figures in the label indicate the product's environmental protection use period (10 years under normal use). Some parts may have specific environmentally friendly use period marks.

Symbol Explanation:

Warranty Instructions

Thank you for purchasing the MOES product. The warranty is granted as follows:

1. Products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase by a retail customer.
2. To exercise warranty rights, present the warranty card and proof of purchase (VAT invoice, financial receipt, or other document confirming the actual date of purchase).
3. If product quality problems occur within 24 months of receipt, prepare the product and packaging and take it to the place of purchase for after-sales maintenance. Personal damage may incur a maintenance fee.
4. The warranty does not cover:
• Mechanical damage caused by user fault and resulting product defects.
• Damage caused by improper product use.
5. Warranty rights expire if: the warranty seal or serial number is removed, unauthorized service is performed, or non-original parts are used.
