Introduction
The Wireless Smart Multi-function Gateway allows intelligent products with various protocols (BLE Mesh, ZigBee) to perform information interaction. It features a built-in infrared transmitter module for controlling infrared electrical equipment. Connect to your wireless network to enable communication with the cloud and mobile App, allowing users to easily view and control smart devices at home. Local scene and linkage functions are also supported even when the network is disconnected.

Preparation and Setup
Preparation for Use
1. Download the MOES App from your app store or scan the provided QR code. The MOES application offers enhanced compatibility and customized features compared to other smart home apps. (Note: While Tuya Smart / Smart Life apps are functional, the MOES app is highly recommended).
Please scan the QR code to get the Chinese manual, installation video, and function introduction.
2. Register or Log in to your MOES account. Tap "Register" to create an account using your phone number for verification and setting a password. Select "Log in" if you already have an account.
Steps for Connecting the APP to the Device
- Plug the gateway into the power cord.
- Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
- Reset the device: Use the reset pin to press and hold the reset button on the gateway for 5 seconds. The red and green indicators will flash alternately rapidly, signaling the product is entering the network configuration stage.
- Open the MOES App, click "Add device". A prompt page will automatically appear. Click "Add", select the device you wish to add, and click "+".
- Enter your Wi-Fi password and click "Next". Wait for the connection to complete. Once the device is successfully added, you can edit its name and access the device page by clicking "Done".
- Enjoy your smart life with home automation.
Infrared Control Function
1. The infrared control function can be learned and expanded through corresponding operations, increasing compatibility with a wider range of infrared home appliances.
2. Supports voice assistants such as Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Jingdong Dingdong, Tencent Cloud Xiaowei, Baidu Xiaodu, Xiaomi Xiaoai, and Tencent Cloud Dingdong for controlling the gateway's infrared functions. Refer to the specific voice assistant instructions for detailed operation methods.
Reset Network Configuration
Long press the reset button with the reset pin for 5 seconds to reset the device's network configuration.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Can the gateway/router control Zigbee devices on upper and lower floors or through walls?
Control through walls is possible, with distance depending on wall thickness and material. Controlling devices on upper/lower floors is challenging; a ZigBee repeater can extend the network range.
2. What should I do if the signal coverage of the gateway/router is poor?
Signal strength is related to the gateway/router's location and distance from sub-devices. For large areas like flats or villas, or where extended range is needed, consider using more than 2 gateways/routers or a ZigBee repeater.
3. Can sub-devices on different gateways be linked?
Yes, both cloud linking and local linkage of multiple gateways within the same LAN are supported. Sub-device linkage remains efficient even during network disconnections or cloud issues, provided at least one gateway has strong performance (e.g., a wired ZigBee gateway).
4. What if sub-devices fail to be added to the gateway?
Ensure the sub-device has been reset to its configuration state. Insufficient wireless signal strength can also be a cause. Avoid metal wall barriers or interference from high-power electrical appliances between the gateway and sub-devices. It is recommended that the distance between the gateway and sub-devices be less than 5 meters without walls.
Service and Warranty
1. Free maintenance is provided for product breakdowns during normal use within the free warranty period.
2. The warranty does not cover natural disasters, man-made equipment failures, unauthorized disassembly/repairs, absence of a warranty card, or products beyond the free warranty period.
3. Any commitments made by third parties (dealers/service providers) beyond the warranty scope must be fulfilled by them.
4. Please retain this warranty card to protect your rights.

Recycling Information
Products marked with the WEEE symbol (Directive 2012/19/EU) must be disposed of separately from unsorted municipal waste. To protect your health and the environment, dispose of this equipment at designated collection points for electrical and electronic equipment. Contact your installer or local authority for information on these collection points and their operation.
