Yamaha NMAX Promotion: Better Price with 4-Year Warranty
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Yamaha promotion titled "NMAX at a better price with a 4-year warranty" (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion).
General Provisions
The Organizer of the Promotion is YAMAHA MOTOR EUROPE N.V., located in Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands, operating through its Polish branch, Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (Joint Stock Company) - Polish Branch, located in Warsaw, Poland. The promotion also involves a network of authorized dealers across Poland, detailed in Annex 1.
The promotion is valid from August 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, or until stocks are depleted.
Participation is open to individuals who intend to use the product for personal, non-business purposes.
Promotion Details
Participants who purchase a new NMAX 125 scooter (model year 2023 or 2024) from an authorized Yamaha dealer in Poland during the promotion period will receive a discount of 1000 PLN. The suggested retail price for the model is 15999 PLN, making the promotional price 14999 PLN.
Additionally, participants will receive a 4-year warranty for the purchased vehicle. The standard warranty period is 3 years.
This promotion can be combined with the "NMAX with attractive financing and 1 PLN insurance" offer but cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns. The promotion does not apply to used or demonstrator vehicles.
Participants are not entitled to receive the discount amount in cash or to exchange the discount for other goods or services.
Final Provisions
Any complaints related to the Promotion should be addressed to the Organizer with the annotation "NMAX at a better price with a 4-year warranty". Complaints must include the claimant's personal details (name, surname, address, postal code), the reason for the complaint, the requested resolution, and a description of the circumstances justifying the complaint.
Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt. Complaints sent to the wrong address or lacking required information will not be considered.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend the promotion or modify its terms by amending the regulations. Any changes will be announced on the www.yamaha-motor.pl website at least 7 days before they take effect. Such changes will not negatively impact the rights acquired by participants.
The Organizers act as joint data administrators for participants' personal data, processing it in accordance with applicable law, fairly, and transparently. Data processing is solely for the purpose of executing the promotion and only to the extent necessary to achieve its results. Participants will be informed about the data processing principles as per Annex 2.

Annex 2: Information on Personal Data Processing (RODO)
This information is provided in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (RODO) concerning the personal data of individuals concerned.
- The data administrators are the entities listed in Annex 1 and Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (Polish Branch).
- Your personal data was obtained directly from you during the promotion.
- Your data will be processed solely for the purpose of the promotion, fulfilling a legal obligation. With your separate, written consent, your data may be processed for marketing purposes.
- Data recipients are limited to employees and collaborators of the administrators and other entities to whom data will be transferred upon your instruction.
- Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
- You may obtain a copy of your personal data processed by the administrators.
- Your data will be stored for the duration of the promotion, but no longer than the legally required retention period, including statutes of limitations and archiving periods.
- You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, and the right to data portability.
- You have the right to object to the processing of your data for reasons related to your specific situation. You can object to direct marketing without providing a reason.
- You may withdraw your consent at any time; however, this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe your data processing violates regulations.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the proper execution of the promotion.
- Your data will not be processed automatically, including profiling.
