Yamaha MT-125 Special Offer Promotion
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Yamaha MT-125 special offer promotion organized by Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. and its authorized dealers in Poland.
General Provisions
The promotion is organized by Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., with its Polish branch located at Al. Jerozolimskie 212, 02-486 Warsaw. The promotion also involves a network of authorized dealers listed in Annex 1.
Promotion Period and Location
The promotion is valid from June 9, 2025, to September 30, 2025, or while supplies last. It is exclusively available at authorized Yamaha dealerships across Poland, as detailed in Annex 1. The promotion is open to individuals who are not purchasing for direct business or professional purposes.
Participation Conditions and Promotion Details
Participants who purchase a new MT-125 motorcycle (model year 2024 or 2025) from an authorized Yamaha dealer in Poland during the promotion period will receive a discount of 1300 PLN. The suggested retail price for the model is 24300 PLN, with the promotional price being 23000 PLN gross. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to used or demonstrator products. Participants are not entitled to a cash equivalent of the discount or an exchange for other goods or services.
Final Provisions
Complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted in writing to the Organizer at the address: Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (Spółka Akcyjna) Oddział w Polsce, Al. Jerozolimskie 212, 02-486 Warszawa, with the note "MT-125 w wyjątkowej ofercie". The complaint must include personal details, the reason for the complaint, the requested resolution, and supporting circumstances. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt. The Organizer reserves the right to extend or modify the promotion, provided such changes do not negatively affect participants' acquired rights. Any changes will be announced on the website www.yamaha-motor.pl seven days prior to implementation. Personal data of participants will be processed by the Organizers as co-administrators, in compliance with data protection laws, solely for the purpose of executing the promotion. Participants will be informed about the data processing principles as per Annex 2.

On July 24, 2025, the promotion period was extended to September 30, 2025 (referencing Section II, point 1).
Annex 1: List of Authorized Yamaha Dealers
A list of authorized Yamaha dealers participating in the "MT-125 in a special offer" promotion is provided, including dealer names and addresses.
Annex 2: Information on Personal Data Processing (GDPR)
This section provides information regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR. It details the data administrators, the purpose of data processing (promotion execution), the possibility of marketing use with consent, data recipients, data transfer restrictions, data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability), the right to withdraw consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the promotion. Data will not be processed automatically or through profiling.
