02 About the Watch

The watch features:

• Upper button
• Touch screen
• Lower button
• Power/Select button
• Heart rate sensor
• Charging contacts
• Back button

Note: Press and hold the power button to turn on the watch. If the watch cannot be turned on, please charge it and then try again.

03 Pairing the Watch

The Zepp app is required for this watch. It offers scientific sleep and workout guidance and personalized health services.

1. Scan the QR code on the Instruction Manual with your mobile phone to download the Zepp app. You can also download it from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Open the app, register an account, and log in.
3. Follow the steps in the app to pair your watch. Once pairing is complete, the watch will display the correct time.
4. You can set other watch features as needed.

Note:

• For a better user experience, please use the most recent version of the Zepp app.
• The operating system needs to be Android 7.0, iOS 12.0, or above.
• Do not pair the watch directly using your mobile phone's Bluetooth. Follow the steps in the app to pair your watch correctly.

04 Charging the Watch

1. Connect the watch's charging cable to a power adapter or a computer's USB port.
2. Place the watch into the charging base, ensuring correct direction and position so the metal contacts on the back of the watch align with the charging base.
3. When charging starts, the watch screen will display the charging progress.

Note:

• Please use the dedicated charging cable that comes with the product. To prevent charging abnormality or damage, ensure the charging base is dry before charging.
• Please use a 1A or above power adapter.

05 Wearing the Watch

1. To ensure the accuracy of heart rate, blood oxygen, and other measurements, wear the watch at least one finger's width away from the carpal bone, with the strap at a comfortable snugness.
2. During workouts, wear the watch as tightly as possible to prevent shaking. Wear it at least one finger's width away from the carpal bone for more accurate heart rate data. After the workout, loosen the strap for a comfortable fit.
3. When measuring blood oxygen saturation, wear the watch correctly. Avoid wearing it on the wrist joint, keep your arm flat, maintain a comfortable (appropriately tight) fit between the watch and your wrist skin, and keep your arm still throughout the measurement process.

Note: External factors such as arm sag, arm sway, arm hair, or tattoos may lead to inaccurate measurement results or measurement failure.

Notes on Low Temperature Mode

The low temperature mode allows the watch to be used in -30°C to -10°C environments, but the touch screen and certain features may not be usable. When this mode is enabled, the watch will automatically switch between low temperature mode and normal mode based on the temperature. The watch may restart during this switching process. You can exit low temperature mode by pressing and holding the back button.

07 Battery Safety

1. This device has a built-in battery that cannot be removed or replaced. Do not disassemble or modify the battery yourself.
2. Disposing of the battery in fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting it, can result in an explosion.
3. Exposing the battery to extremely high temperatures can result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
4. Subjecting the battery to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.

08 Diving Safety

1. This device is suitable for recreational free diving activities, with a maximum functional depth of 30 meters. It is not intended for professional diving or scuba diving.
2. Free diving features are for divers with relevant qualifications. Ensure you have received professional training and understand how to use the device. When using free diving features (including breath holding training and tests), be accompanied by a coach, an experienced diving companion, or a professional.
3. Be aware that electronic devices may malfunction. This device may not provide accurate data in specific cases. Carry a backup device if necessary.
4. Free diving activities carry risks. Ensure your physical condition is suitable for these activities. Consult a doctor if you have questions.
5. To avoid decompression sickness, rest sufficiently on the water surface. Maintain adequate surface intervals between scuba diving and free diving.

09 Safety Notice

1. Do not allow children or pets to bite or swallow the product or its accessories, as this may cause injury.
2. Do not expose the product to excessively high or low temperatures, which may cause it to catch fire or explode.
3. Do not place the product near heat sources or open flames, such as ovens and electric heaters.
4. Some individuals may experience allergic skin reactions to plastics, leathers, fibers, and other materials. Symptoms like redness, swelling, and inflammation may occur after prolonged contact. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if you experience such symptoms.

6. Radio waves generated by this product may affect the normal operation of implanted medical devices or personal medical devices, such as pacemakers and hearing aids. If you use such devices, consult the manufacturer for relevant usage restrictions.
7. Do not dispose of this device or its accessories as ordinary household waste. Dispose of or recycle the device and its accessories in accordance with local laws and regulations.

10 Repair and Maintenance

1. Avoid using detergents like soap, hand sanitizer, bath foam, or lotion for cleaning to prevent chemical residues that could irritate the skin, corrode the device, or degrade water resistance.
2. After wearing the device while bathing, swimming, or sweating, promptly clean and dry it.
3. The leather strap is not waterproof. Avoid getting it wet to prevent shortening its service life.
4. When using light-colored watch straps, avoid contact with dark clothing to prevent staining.
5. Do not wear your watch during snorkeling, hot showers, hot springs, saunas, diving, underwater diving, water skiing, or other activities involving high-speed water currents.
6. Do not expose the device to direct sunlight for extended periods. Excessive high or low ambient temperatures may cause device failure.
7. Handle with care during transportation. Keep the device dry and away from humidity.
8. Do not wear the watch during MRI examinations or in other highly magnetic environments, as the watch may be damaged.

If the product is not in use for a long period, it is recommended to power it off before storing. Recharge the battery every 6 months to 100% to prevent battery damage from over-discharge due to long-term storage.

12 Warranty and Return Policy

The Amazfit Limited Warranty covers Amazfit products against manufacturing defects from the original purchase date. The warranty period is 12 months or another specified period as required by applicable consumer laws in the consumer's country of purchase. This warranty is in addition to rights provided by applicable consumer laws.
