Function Description
Button Layout
The remote features several control elements:
- ON Button: Powers the lights on.
- OFF Button: Powers the lights off.
- M (Mode) Button: Toggles between static, dynamic, or music modes.
- A (Adjust) Button: Used for scene saving/recalling and other adjustments.
- Color Slider: A touch-sensitive bar to select colors.
- Pixel Slider: A touch-sensitive bar to adjust pixel width and length.
- Speed Slider: A touch-sensitive bar to control the speed of dynamic effects.
- Brightness Slider: A touch-sensitive bar to adjust light brightness.
- Lock Button: Manages auto-lock functionality.
Key Functions
- Static Mode Button (M): Press to switch between static pure colors.
- Dynamic Mode Button (M): Short press to cycle through dynamic modes.
- Music Mode Button (M): Short press to activate music mode. To exit music mode and return to other functions, press the Music Mode button again.
- Scene Button (A): In dynamic or music modes, short press to recall a saved scene. Long press to save the current scene configuration.
- Lock Button (A): The remote automatically locks after 15 seconds of inactivity. A short press unlocks it. A long press (3 seconds) disables the auto-lock feature.
Slider Functions
- Color Slider: Touch to adjust the light color.
- Pixel Slider: Touch to adjust the width and length of pixels. (Refer to detailed settings for more information).
- Speed Slider: Slide left or right to adjust the transition speed of dynamic effects.
- Brightness Slider: Touch to adjust the light brightness. In music mode, this slider can also adjust the sensitivity of the built-in microphone.
Pairing and Clearing Instructions
Pairing Instructions
Note: The remote must be paired with the controller to operate the lights.
- Disconnect power to the light fixture for 10 seconds, then reconnect it.
- Within 3 seconds of the light turning on, short press the remote's "ON" button three times.
- The light will slowly flash three times, indicating successful pairing.
If the light does not flash, pairing has failed. Please repeat the steps. Lights that have already been paired cannot be re-paired.
Clearing Instructions
- Disconnect power to the light fixture for 10 seconds, then reconnect it.
- Within 3 seconds of the light turning on, short press the remote's "SET" button five times.
- The light will flash ten times quickly, indicating successful clearing.
If the light does not flash, clearing has failed. Please repeat the steps. Lights that are not paired do not require clearing.
Setting Length (Pixels)
Requirement: Minimum 8 pixels, maximum 1024 pixels.
- Long press the remote's "ON" button for 5 seconds. The light will turn white, and the last pixel of the current strip length will flash.
- Use the width slider to adjust the strip length:
- Short press: Increase pixel count by +1.
- Long press: Continuously increase pixel count.
- Short press: Decrease pixel count by -1.
- Long press: Continuously decrease pixel count.
- After completing the settings, short press the remote's "ON" / "OFF" button to exit.
Setting Dynamic Mode Width
In dynamic modes with segments, slide the width slider to adjust the number of pixels in each segment or change the width of each segment.
Setting On/Off Transition Time and Color
- Continuously short press the remote's "OFF" button five times. The LED will enter a mode where it cycles through on/off transition effects.
- Slide the speed slider to adjust the speed of the on/off transition, thereby setting the on/off time.
- Slide the color slider to adjust the color of the on/off transition, thereby setting the on/off color.
- After completing the settings, short press the remote's "ON" / "OFF" button to exit.
Installation Instructions
- Peel off the double-sided adhesive from the back of the mounting base.
- Attach the base to the desired location. The remote can then be magnetically attached to the base.
