True Wireless Earbuds

Charging

To charge your AUKEY EP-T31 earbuds, you have two options:

USB-C Charging: Connect the included USB-C cable to a power adapter and the charging case. The diagram shows a laptop connected to a power adapter, which is then connected to the charging case. Arrows indicate the flow of connection.
Wireless Charging: Place the charging case on a compatible wireless charging pad. The diagram shows the charging case positioned on a wireless charging pad.

Finding Your Fit

Choose the size of ear-tips that provides the most secure and comfortable fit. The included ear-tips are available in sizes Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L). The diagram displays the three sizes of ear-tips and an illustration of how the earbuds are worn in the ear.

Pairing

Remove the protective plastic film from both earbuds. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.
Open the lid again and take both earbuds out of the case. They will automatically turn on and be ready to pair. The diagram shows the charging case with earbuds inside, and then the two earbuds removed from the case.
Turn on the pairing function (Bluetooth) on your device. The diagram shows a smartphone interface with Bluetooth settings enabled.
On your device, select "AUKEY EP-T31" from the list of available devices. The diagram shows a smartphone screen displaying a list of Bluetooth devices, with "AUKEY EP-T31" highlighted under "MY DEVICES".

Troubleshooting: Not pairing with your device? Try restarting your device and then repeat the pairing process.

Controls

The AUKEY EP-T31 earbuds feature touch controls for various functions.

Play/Pause

Action: Tap either earbud.

Icon: ▶️/⏸️

Note: You can also remove the earbuds from your ears to pause playback and reinsert them to resume playback.

Skip Tracks

Skip to Previous Track: Double-tap the left (L) earbud.

Icon: ⏪

Skip to Next Track: Double-tap the right (R) earbud.

Icon: ⏩

Calls

Answer/End Calls: Double-tap either earbud.

Voice Assistants & Modes

Activate Siri or Other Voice Assistants: Triple-tap the left (L) earbud.

Turn On/Off Low-Latency Mode: Triple-tap the right (R) earbud.
