Getting Started
Charging
Fully charge the charging case before first use. Connect the case to a USB charger or port using the included USB-A to C cable. The case is fully charged when the indicator light is blue. Charging takes approximately 2 hours. A fully charged case can recharge the earbuds up to 4 times. Store earbuds in the case when not in use.
Turning On / Off
Turn On
Remove both earbuds from the charging case, or touch and hold the touch-sensitive panels on both earbuds for 4 seconds when they are off.
Turn Off
Return both earbuds to the charging case, or touch and hold the touch-sensitive panels on both earbuds for 6 seconds when they are on.
Pairing
With earbuds in the case:
- Open the charging case lid and take out the right earbud.
- Turn on the pairing function on your device.
- Select "AUKEY EP-T27 R" from the list of available devices.
- Take out the left earbud. If prompted, tap "Pair" to confirm the connection.
Note: Some devices may show a "Connection not successful" message if they don't follow the Qualcomm True Wireless Master-Slave pairing protocol, but this does not affect functionality.
Regular Use After Pairing
Once paired, earbuds turn on and connect automatically when the charging case lid is opened. To power off, place earbuds back in the case and close the lid.
Using the Left/Right Earbud Only
With earbuds in the case:
- Take out the desired earbud (left or right).
- Activate pairing on your device.
- Select "AUKEY EP-T27 L" or "AUKEY EP-T27 R" from the available devices list.
Notes
- Earbuds automatically reconnect to the last paired device or enter pairing mode if no paired device is found upon powering on.
- To clear the pairing list: power off earbuds (hold touch panels for 6s), then hold touch panels again for 10s until three beeps are heard.
- Earbuds turn off automatically after 5 minutes in pairing mode if no device is paired.
- If one earbud has no sound, place both back in the case and remove them again.
- Wireless operating range is 10m (33ft). Re-entry into range within 2 minutes re-establishes connection.
Controls & LED Indicators
Streaming Audio
Wirelessly stream audio from your device. Music pauses automatically for incoming calls and resumes afterward.
- Play or Pause: Tap the touch-sensitive panel on either earbud.
- Skip to next track: Double-tap the touch-sensitive panel on the right earbud.
- Skip to previous track: Double-tap the touch-sensitive panel on the left earbud.
Taking Calls
- Answer or end a call: Double-tap the touch-sensitive panel on either earbud.
- Reject an incoming call: Touch and hold the touch-sensitive panel on either earbud for 2 seconds.
- Use Siri or other voice assistants: Triple-tap the touch-sensitive panel on either earbud while your device is connected.

FAQ
- The earbuds are on, but not connecting to my device.
- Ensure both earbuds and your device are in pairing mode. Refer to the "Pairing" section.
- I've connected the earbuds with my smartphone but can't hear any sound.
- Check volume levels on both your smartphone and earbuds. Some smartphones require setting earbuds as the audio output device. Ensure your music player supports the A2DP profile.
- The sound isn't very clear or the caller can't hear my voice clearly.
- Adjust volume on both devices. Move closer to your smartphone to rule out interference or range issues.
- What's the wireless range of the earbuds?
- The maximum range is 10m (33ft). Optimal performance is within 4-8m with no major obstacles.
- The earbuds won't turn on.
- Try charging the earbuds. If they still won't power on, contact support.
- I put the earbuds back in the charging case, but they are still connected.
- The charging case may be out of power. Try charging the case.
