Safety Instructions for Work with the Sprayer
- Avoid direct skin contact with chemicals and inhalation of sprayed mist. If contact occurs, follow the chemical manufacturer's instructions and seek medical attention.
- Never spray towards people, animals, or electrical equipment.
- If you feel unwell during operation, stop immediately and consult a doctor.
- Always use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye, ear, and respiratory protection, as well as protective clothing and footwear.
- Do not smoke or work near open flames while using the sprayer.
- Operate the sprayer only when you are in good physical condition, well-rested, and healthy.
- Maintain a stable stance on a firm, secure, and level surface. Slippery or unstable surfaces can lead to loss of balance and injury.
- Never spray towards other people, animals, or objects. Ensure that people and animals are at a safe distance from the work area.
- Use the sprayer only for its intended purpose (e.g., garden chemicals). Do not use it for spraying paints, disinfectants, impregnating agents, or for storing chemicals.
- Do not operate the sprayer in enclosed spaces or areas with insufficient ventilation, as this poses a risk of poisoning. Always ensure adequate ventilation.
- Prevent chemical substances from entering public sewage systems, soil, groundwater, or surface water. Collect any spray residues in suitable containers and dispose of them at designated hazardous waste collection points.
- Avoid using the sprayer during windy or rainy conditions to prevent widespread contamination or inhalation of the spray mist.
- After finishing work or before changing the chemical agent, thoroughly rinse the tank with clean water. Flush all parts that came into contact with the spray agent.
- After use, remove work clothing and wash your hands and face thoroughly with soap and water. Wash work clothing regularly.
- Store the sprayer in a dry place, within a temperature range of 5 to 35°C, and out of reach of children.
- Do not dispose of unusable chemical solutions into the environment. Take them to a hazardous waste collection facility in a durable, leak-proof container.
Preparing the Spray Agent
ATTENTION:
- For preparing spray solutions, use only agents that are water-dilutable or water-soluble and intended for garden sprayers. Do not use agents that form emulsions or suspensions in water, or that have corrosive effects (e.g., disinfectants, bleaches, acidic or alkaline substances), as these can damage sprayer components.
- Ensure that the chemical agents used for preparing spray solutions are permitted by the laws of the country where you are using them.
- Always follow the chemical agent manufacturer's instructions for preparation.
- Never prepare or mix the spray solution directly in the sprayer tank. Always use a separate container for preparation.
- Ensure the temperature of the prepared spray solution does not exceed 40°C, as this could damage the sprayer.
