Technical Details
Cutting Frame
Rigid frame with an adjustable cutting angle with a metal scale. It is possible to use a few basic limit stops to set the various angles.
Material of Base Board
Wood
Tensioning
It is recommended to use standard saw strip tension. The saw is supplied with a universal saw strip for wood and plastic, length: 550 mm. Replacement saw strips are available in two types: a) for wood and plastic, b) for light metals - Cu, Zn, Al, Ni.
Setting a Coarser Cut
It is possible to set a coarser cut using the rings (15).
Guiding the Saw
The saw is guided using four rigid riders, which ensures precision cuts.
Angle Adjustment
To cut the required angle, it is necessary to set the angle that expresses the remainder to 90°. For example, to cut an angle of 36°, it is necessary to set 54° on the scale (90° - 36° = 54°).
Assembly
- Insert bolt (7) into the hole (17) in the guide frame (5), and then into hole (6) in the cutting table (1) and secure it in place using nut (8).
- Screw the plastic indicator using bolt (18) on the guide frame (5) as shown in the figure.
- Using four bolts (18), mount the table (1) on to the wooden base of the cutter (9).
- Slide the plastic riders (14) together with the saw (20) on to the guide rods (12) and secure them in place using rings (15).
- Screw the short clamping rods (11) with the clamping bolt (21) to the frontal part of the cutting table (1) and the long clamping rods (10) from the side.
