1 Safety Instructions
This section includes safety instructions to prevent personal injury or material damage. The manufacturer is not liable for damages resulting from non-observance of these instructions. Installation and repair operations should only be performed by Authorized Service. Always use genuine spare parts and accessories. Original spare parts are available for 10 years from the purchase date. Do not repair or replace parts unless specified in the manual. Do not modify the product.
1.1 Purpose of Usage
This product is intended for household use and similar environments (e.g., staff kitchens, farm houses, hotels, hostels, catering services). It is not intended for commercial use or for open/enclosed external environments (vessels, balconies, terraces) where exposure to rain, snow, sunlight, or wind could cause fire risk.
1.2 Safety of Children, Vulnerable Persons and Pets
Children aged 8+ and persons with reduced capabilities may use the appliance under supervision. Children aged 3-8 can access the cooler compartment. Electrical products are dangerous for children and pets; they must not play with, climb on, or enter the product. Cleaning and maintenance should be done by adults or under supervision. Keep packaging materials away from children to prevent suffocation. Before disposing of old products:
- Unplug the power cord.
- Cut the power cord and remove the plug.
- Do not remove racks/drawers to prevent children from entering.
- Remove the doors.
- Store the product so it cannot tip over.
- Do not allow children to play with the scrapped product.
1.3 Electrical Safety
Do not plug in the appliance during installation, maintenance, cleaning, or repair. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by authorized service. Do not tuck the power cord under the product or near heat sources. Do not place heavy items on the cord. Avoid bending or crushing the cord. Do not use extension cords, multi-plugs, or adaptors. Portable multi-sockets can overheat and cause fire. Ensure the plug is easily accessible; if not, an accessible disconnect mechanism must be present. Do not touch the plug with wet hands. When unplugging, pull the plug, not the cord.
1.4 Handling Safety
This product is heavy; do not handle it alone. Do not hold the product by its door while moving. Be careful not to damage the cooling system and pipes. If pipes are damaged, do not operate and contact authorized service.
1.5 Installation Safety
Contact Authorized Service for installation. Ensure electrical and water utilities are adequate. If installation is unsuitable, hire a qualified electrician/plumber to avoid electric shock, fire, or injury. Check for damage before installation. Place the product on a level, hard surface and balance with adjustable legs to prevent tipping. Install in a dry, ventilated environment. Do not place under carpets or rugs, as this obstructs ventilation and can cause fire. Do not block ventilation holes, as this increases power consumption and may damage the product. Do not connect to solar power supplies.
Important Notes on Installation:
- The product's power cable must be unplugged during installation to prevent electric shock.
- Do not plug into loose, broken, dirty, or wet sockets.
- Route the power cord and hoses safely to prevent tripping hazards.
- Humidity can cause short circuits; avoid humid environments or areas where water splashes. If the refrigerator gets wet, unplug it and contact service.
- Do not connect to power-saving devices, as they can harm the product.
1.6 Operational Safety
Do not use chemical solvents (explosion risk). In case of failure, unplug and do not operate until repaired by authorized service (risk of electric shock). Do not place open flames (candles, cigarettes) on or near the product. Do not climb on the product (risk of falling). Do not damage cooling system pipes with sharp tools; refrigerant spray can cause irritation. Do not place or operate electric appliances inside unless advised by the manufacturer.
Avoid jamming body parts in moving components, especially between the door and the refrigerator body. Be cautious when opening/closing the door if children are present. Do not eat ice cream or frozen food immediately after removal from the freezer (risk of frostbite). Do not touch inner walls or metal parts with wet hands (risk of frostbite). Do not place cans or bottles with fluids that may freeze in the freezer compartment (risk of explosion). Do not use flammable sprays, objects, dry ice, or chemical agents near the refrigerator (risk of fire/explosion). Do not store explosive materials like aerosol cans. Avoid splashing water on electrical parts. This product is not intended for storing medicines, blood plasma, or laboratory materials subject to the Medical Products Directive.
Using the product for unintended purposes may cause damage. If equipped with blue light, do not look directly at it with optical devices; prolonged exposure to UV LED light may cause eye strain. Do not overfill the refrigerator; contents may fall when the door is opened. Ensure the floor is dry to prevent slips. Change rack positions only when racks are empty. Do not place objects that may fall on the product. Do not apply excessive pressure on glass surfaces, as broken glass can cause injury.
The cooling system uses R600a refrigerant, which is flammable. Be careful not to damage the cooling system pipes during operation. If pipes are damaged, do not touch the product or power cord.
1.7 Maintenance and Cleaning Safety
Keep the product away from fire sources. Ventilate the area; do not use a fan. Contact authorized service if gas leak is observed. Do not pull by the door handle when moving for cleaning. Do not spray or pour water on the product. Do not use sharp, abrasive tools, or harsh cleaning agents (gasoline, benzene, wax, etc.). For non-No Frost models, water drops on the rear wall are normal; do not clean them. Use only slightly damp microfiber cloths for the exterior; sponges may scratch. Clean the cabinet with lukewarm water and dry it. Use a damp cloth with a solution of baking soda and water for the interior. Ensure no water enters lamp housing or electrical components. If the refrigerator is unused for a long period, unplug, remove food, clean, and leave the door ajar. Check door seals regularly.
To remove door racks, empty them and push upwards from the base. Never use chlorine-based cleaners or water on outer surfaces or chrome parts, as chlorine causes corrosion. Do not use sharp/abrasive tools or harsh chemicals on plastic parts; use lukewarm water and a soft cloth. Do not place liquid oils or oily meals in unsealed containers, as they can damage plastic surfaces. Clean spills immediately with warm water.
1.8 HomeWhiz
(May not be applicable for all models) Follow safety warnings when operating via the HomeWhiz app and pay attention to in-app warnings.
1.9 Lighting
(May not be applicable for all models) Contact authorized service for LED/bulb replacement.
2 Environmental Instructions
2.1 Compliance with WEEE Directive and Disposing of Waste Product
This product complies with EU WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU) and bears the WEEE symbol. It must not be disposed of with household waste. Return used devices to official collection points for recycling. Contact local authorities or retailers for collection system information. Proper disposal helps prevent negative environmental and human health consequences.
2.2 Compliance with RoHS Directive
The product complies with EU RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU) and does not contain prohibited materials.
2.3 Package Information
Packaging materials are made from recyclable materials according to national regulations. Do not dispose of packaging with domestic waste; take it to designated collection points.

4 Installation
Important: Read the "Safety Instructions" section first.
The manufacturer is not liable for events caused by disregarding manual information.
4.1 Points to be Paid Attention to When Relocating the Refrigerator
- Unplug the refrigerator before transportation. Empty and clean it.
- Secure shelves, accessories, and crispers with adhesive tape. Secure the package with tape or ropes, observing transportation rules.
- Keep original packaging for future transport.
Before Starting to Use:
- Clean the interior as per the "Maintenance and cleaning" section.
- Connect the plug to the wall socket. The internal lamp turns on when the door is opened.
- A normal operating sound from the compressor and refrigeration system will be heard.
- Front edges may feel warm; this is normal and designed to prevent condensation.
4.2 Electrical Connection
Connect to a grounded socket protected by an appropriately rated fuse. Ensure compliance with national regulations. The power plug must be easily accessible after installation. Electrical safety is guaranteed only if your house's earth system complies with standards. The voltage on the product's label must match your network voltage. Extension cables and multi-plugs must not be used. A damaged power cable must be replaced by a qualified electrician. Do not operate before repair (risk of electric shock).
4.3 Disposing of the Packaging
Packaging materials can be dangerous for children. Keep them out of reach or dispose of them according to local waste instructions. Do not discard with regular household waste; use designated pick-up spots. Packaging is made from recyclable materials.
4.4 Disposing of Your Old Refrigerator
Dispose of your old refrigerator responsibly. Consult your dealer or municipal waste collection center. Before disposal, cut off the electric plug and disable any door locks to prevent children from entering.
4.5 Placing and Installation
If the entrance door is too narrow, remove the refrigerator doors to pass it sideways. Install in a place allowing ease of use. Keep away from heat sources, humidity, and direct sunlight.
Ensure adequate air ventilation. For wall recesses, maintain at least 5 cm clearance from the ceiling and walls. Do not place on rugs or carpets. Place on an even floor surface to prevent jolts. Do not use in rooms below 5°C. For alcoves, maintain at least 5 cm clearance from ceiling, rear, and side walls. Check for and ensure the rear wall clearance protection component is in place if provided. If not, position the product to maintain at least 5 cm clearance at the rear.
WARNING: Do not place extension sockets, charging transformers, power supplies, or Lithium-Iron battery operated products near the compressor, as they could overheat.
5 Preparation
Important: Read the "Safety Instructions" section first.
- Install at least 30 cm away from heat sources (hobs, ovens, stoves) and at least 5 cm from electrical ovens. Avoid direct sunlight.
- The ambient room temperature should be at least -5°C. Operating below this temperature is not recommended for efficiency.
- Ensure the interior is thoroughly cleaned.
- If installing side-by-side, maintain at least 2 cm distance between units.
- During the first six hours of operation:
- Do not open the door frequently.
- Operate the refrigerator empty.
- Do not unplug. Refer to troubleshooting for power failures.
- Keep original packaging for future transport.
- Use chill compartment baskets/drawers for low energy consumption and better storage.
Food contact with the freezer temperature sensor can increase energy consumption; avoid contact. Some models automatically turn off the instrument panel 5 minutes after the door closes. Condensation on doors/shelves due to temperature changes is normal.
Reversing the Doors
Follow the numerical order provided in the diagrams for reversing the doors. This process involves disassembling and reassembling door hinges and components. Ensure all steps are followed carefully.
Installation Dimensions Note: The specified energy consumption is based on a cabinet depth of 575mm. The product works properly at 560mm depth but consumes slightly more energy.
6 Operating the Product
Important: Read the "Safety Instructions" section first.
The product features a control panel with various indicators and keys:
- 1. Wireless Key: Used for wireless connection via the HomeWhiz mobile app. Long press (3s) initializes the network; LED flashes slowly. Continuous illumination indicates connection. Short press activates/deactivates connection. Fast blinking indicates connection in progress. For detailed information, visit https://www.homewhiz.com/.
- 2. Vacation Function Key: Press for 3 seconds to activate vacation mode (indicated by a symbol). The cooling compartment stops active cooling (displays "--"), but other compartments continue. Do not store food in the cooling compartment during this mode. Press again for 3 seconds to cancel.
- 3. Cooling Compartment Temperature Setting Key: Allows setting temperature from 1°C to 8°C.
- 4. Cooling Compartment Symbol: Displays cooling compartment temperature when active.
- 5. Freezing Compartment Symbol: Displays freezing compartment temperature when active.
- 6. Freezing Compartment Temperature Setting Key: Allows setting freezer temperature from -18°C to -24°C.
- 7. Quick Freezing Key: Activates quick freeze function (indicated by symbol), setting freezer to -27°C. Cancels when pressed again. Automatically cancels after 24 hours. Use before loading large amounts of fresh food.
- 8. Fault Condition Indicator: (❗) Illuminates when cooling is inadequate or a sensor error occurs. "E" may display on the freezing compartment indicator. Exclamation marks may appear temporarily when loading warm food or leaving the door open; they disappear when conditions normalize or a key is pressed.
- 9. On/Off Function: (⏻) Press for 3 seconds to turn the fridge off. Press again for 3 seconds to turn it on. All indicators turn off when active.
6.1 Blue light/HarvestFresh
(May not be available in all models) Blue light helps preserve vitamin content by continuing photosynthesis. HarvestFresh technology uses blue, green, red lights, and dark cycles to simulate a day cycle, preserving vitamins longer. Opening the door during the dark period will activate a light to illuminate the crisper.
6.2 Defrosting
A) Fridge Compartment: Defrosts automatically. Water drains to a collection container. Droplets may form at the back; do not let food touch the back wall. Do not use sharp objects to remove frozen droplets. If the drain tube is blocked, clear it with the provided plunger. If frost layer reaches 1/4" (7mm), reduce the temperature setting.
B) Freezer Compartment: Defrosts easily. Defrost twice a year or when frost reaches 7mm. Switch off the appliance, unplug, and wrap food in newspaper, storing it in a cool place. Warm water containers can speed up defrosting. Do not use sharp objects or hairdryers. Sponge out defrost water and dry the interior.

6.4 Changing the Illumination Lamp
Contact Authorized Service for lamp replacement. The lamp is not suitable for general room illumination; its purpose is to assist in placing food safely. Lamps must withstand extreme conditions, e.g., below -20°C.
7 Maintenance and Cleaning
Important: Read the "Safety Instructions" section first.
- Never use gasoline, benzene, or similar substances for cleaning.
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Never use sharp abrasive instruments, soap, or harsh household cleaners.
- For non-No Frost products, water drops on the rear wall are normal; do not clean them.
- Use slightly damp microfiber cloths for the exterior; sponges may scratch.
- Clean the cabinet with lukewarm water and dry it.
- Use a damp cloth with a solution of one teaspoon of baking soda to one pint of water for the interior and dry it.
- Ensure no water enters lamp housing or electrical items.
- If unused for a long period, unplug, remove food, clean, and leave the door ajar.
- Check door seals regularly for cleanliness.

8 Troubleshooting
Review this list before calling service to save time and money. It covers common issues not related to defects.
Refrigerator Does Not Operate
- Check plug insertion.
- Check the fuse of the socket or main fuse.
Condensation on Fridge Wall
- Frequent door opening.
- High ambient humidity.
- Liquid food in open containers.
- Door left ajar.
- Thermostat set too cold.
Compressor Not Running
- Protective thermic may have tripped due to power fluctuations; it may restart after 6 minutes. Contact service if it doesn't start.
- Fridge is in defrost cycle (normal).
- Check plug insertion.
- Temperature settings incorrect.
- Power outage (will resume when power returns).
Increased Operation Noise
Operating performance can change with ambient temperature; this is normal.
Refrigerator Running Frequently or for a Long Time
- New product operation may be longer initially.
- High room temperature.
- Recently plugged in or loaded with food.
- Large amounts of hot food recently added.
- Doors opened frequently or left ajar.
- Freezer/fridge door left ajar.
- Refrigerator temperature set too low.
- Door seal soiled, worn, or damaged.

Fridge temperature set too high. Adjust fridge/freezer temperatures. Frequent door opening or door ajar can also cause this. Recently plugged in or loaded with food is normal. Avoid adding hot food.
Vibrations or Noise
- Floor not level or stable; adjust feet. Ensure floor is strong and level.
- Items placed on top of the refrigerator may cause noise.
Noises (Liquid Flowing, Spraying)
These are normal operating sounds of the refrigerant and gas flow.
Whistle Noise
Caused by the fans used for cooling; this is normal.
Condensation on Inner Walls
Hot and humid weather can increase condensation; this is normal. Frequent door opening or door ajar also contributes.
Humidity Outside or Between Doors
Normal in humid weather; condensation will disappear when humidity decreases.
Bad Odour Inside
- Lack of regular cleaning.
- Some containers or packaging materials may cause smells.
- Food stored uncovered; microorganisms cause odors.
- Remove expired or spoiled food.
Door Not Closing
- Food packages obstructing the door.
- Refrigerator not level; adjust feet.
- Floor not level or strong.
Crispers Stuck
Food touching the drawer ceiling; rearrange food.
Product Surface is Hot
High temperatures between doors, on side panels, and at the rear grill are normal during operation and do not require service maintenance.
