Installation & Operation Instructions

Installation

  1. Take out parts for assembling: check that the manual, remote control, and spare parts are all packed.
  2. Assemble the fan as showing and indication below:
    1. Put the column through the hole of the base, and fix tightly by screw (Refer to Figure 1).
    2. Put the fan body on the column, and fix by the nut (Refer to Figure 2).
    3. Put the rear grill on the rear cover of motor, align the hole on the grill, and fix by the grill nut (Refer to Figure 3).
    4. Fit the fan blade on the motor axes, tightly fixing by blade screw (Refer to Figure 4).
    5. Assemble grill ring and front grill up together with the rear grill, and tighten the grill ring with the lock on the bottom (Refer to Figure 5).
    6. After assembly, plug in power and use it as the manual (Refer to Figure 6).

Operation

All functions can be operated by pressing the buttons on the control panel or using the remote control.

  1. ON/OFF: When first plugged in, the fan will "beep" twice, then the fan is in standby mode. You may turn on the fan and start setting.
  2. SPEED: Press the "SPEED" button to set the fan speed. LED lights will change accordingly.
  3. SWING:
    • Vertical Oscillation: Manual adjustment of vertical oscillation angles from -10°, 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 40°, 50°, 60°, 70°, 80°, 90°.
    • Horizontal Oscillation: Press and hold the left button [<<<] to turn counter-clockwise, or the right button [>>>] to turn clockwise. Release the button when the desired direction is reached. Horizontal oscillation angles can be set to 0°, 60°, 90°, 180°, 360°. LED lights will change accordingly.
  4. MODES: The fan defaults to Normal mode. Pressing the MODE button cycles through Normal, Nature, and Sleep modes. LED lights indicate the selected mode.
    • Normal Mode: Choice of constant high, middle, and low fan speed.
    • Nature Mode: Choice of high, medium, and low fan speed in a rhythmic pattern. Visual descriptions of waveform patterns are provided.
    • Sleep Mode: Choice of high and medium fan speed. High speed starts with 30 minutes of Nature mode high waveform, followed by 30 minutes of Nature mode medium waveform, then Nature mode low waveform. Medium speed starts with 30 minutes of Nature mode medium waveform, followed by Nature mode low waveform. Low speed is Nature mode low waveform.
  5. TIMER: Pressing the TIMER button allows selection of 1H, 2H, 4H, and 8H timer settings. The fan will automatically turn off after the set time.

Usage for Remote Control

Battery Warning

WARNING - KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN: Swallowing may lead to serious injury in as little as 2 hours or death, due to chemical burns and potential perforation of the oesophagus.

Examine devices and make sure the battery compartment is correctly secured. Do not use if compartment is not secure.

Dispose of used button batteries immediately and safely. Flat batteries can still be dangerous.

Battery Installation

This product requires a button cell battery to operate, which is hazardous to young children.

The remote control has a battery compartment that requires two or more independent and simultaneous actions to remove its cover. Press and pull out the battery compartment on the back of the remote control. Install the button cell (CR2032 3V) according to the positive [+] and negative [-] signs and close the compartment. Align the remote control with the receiver on the fan to operate.
