R423 Panel Mount Indicator Installation

Installation Overview

This document provides instructions for installing the Rinstrum R423 Panel Mount Indicator.

The indicator is designed to be mounted onto a customer panel using mounting straps.

Customer Panel
Mounting Straps
M4 Flat Washer
M4 Shakeproof Washer
M4 Hex Nut

Mounting Procedure

The installation involves securing the R423 Panel Mount Indicator to a customer panel using mounting straps. The process includes the following steps:

Position the R423 Panel Mount Indicator against the customer panel.
Attach the mounting straps to the indicator and the panel.
Secure the mounting straps using M4 Flat Washers, M4 Shakeproof Washers, and M4 Hex Nuts.

Hardware details:

The diagram illustrates the use of M4 Flat Washer, M4 Shakeproof Washer, and M4 Hex Nut for securing the mounting straps.

Recommended tightening torque range for the M4 hex nuts: 1.3 Nm - 2.8 Nm.
