Assembly Steps
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT TIGHTEN THE BOLTS UNTIL ALL FIXED
Step 1
Attach side rails (A) to the headboard posts (D) using hardware f*4. Attach side rails (A) to the footboard posts (D) using hardware f*4. Diagram shows two bed posts (D) connected by side rails (A). A magnified view shows hardware 'f' being used with a screw and nut.
Step 2
Attach the footboard (B) to the side rails (D). Secure using hardware w*4, v*4, b*4, and X. Ensure the parts are aligned. Diagram shows the footboard (B) being attached to the side rails (D). Hardware w, v, b, and X are indicated. A tool symbol [wrench] is shown.
Step 3
Attach the crossbars (U) to the side rails (T). Secure using hardware X. Diagram shows the side rails (T) with crossbars (U) being inserted and secured with hardware X.
Step 4
Attach the support rails (V) to the side rails (T) and crossbars (U). Secure using hardware d*4, y, v*4, w*4, and X. Ensure proper alignment. Diagram shows support rails (V) being attached to the frame. Hardware d, y, v, w, and X are indicated. A magnified view shows hardware 'd' and 'y' being used.
Step 5
Attach the bed slats (S) to the side rails. Secure using hardware d*8. Note: The Part "S" must be put in the middle hole position. Diagram shows bed slats (S) being placed and secured onto the side rails. A magnified view shows hardware 'd' being used. A note indicates the correct placement of part 'S'.
Step 6
Attach the center support rail (O) to the frame. Secure using hardware Z*2 and d*4. Connect to the headboard and footboard posts. Diagram shows the center support rail (O) being attached. Hardware Z and d are indicated. A magnified view shows hardware 'Z' and 'd' being used.
Step 7
Attach the bed slats (Q) to the side rails. Secure using hardware Q*4. Diagram shows bed slats (Q) being attached to the side rails. Hardware Q is indicated.
Step 8
Attach the bed slats (R) to the side rails. Secure using hardware e*8 and w*8. Also attach support pieces S and W using hardware X and y. Diagram shows bed slats (R) being attached. Hardware e and w are indicated. Additional support pieces S and W are shown being attached with hardware X and y.
Step 9
Attach the center support rail (X) to the frame. Secure using hardware w*2 and a*2. Diagram shows a central support rail (labeled X) being attached. Hardware w and a are indicated.
Step 10
Attach the bed slats (P) to the side rails. Secure using hardware P*4. Diagram shows bed slats (P) being attached to the side rails. Hardware P is indicated.
Step 13
Attach the crossbars (F, G) to the side rails. Secure using hardware F, G, and g*2. Diagram shows crossbars (F, G) being attached to the frame. Hardware F, G, and g are indicated. A magnified view shows hardware 'g' being used.
Step 14
Final assembly: Attach the side rails to the main posts. Secure using hardware b*4 and X. Diagram shows the final structure of the bed frame being assembled, connecting side rails to posts with hardware b and X.
IMPORTANT: Please completely tighten all the bolts and nuts.
