The SenseFace 7 Series represents the latest in intelligent engineering for access control, featuring advanced facial authentication and in-glass fingerprint technology. It offers high capacity, IP65 dust and waterproof rating, and integrated video intercom capabilities (SIP). The series includes models like SenseFace 7A and SenseFace 7B.
Introduction
SenseFace 7 Series adopts the latest intelligent engineering facial authentication and in-glass fingerprint technology. It supports fingerprint, facial, and card authentication with massive capacity, utilizing an encryption chip for up to 50,000 face/fingerprint records. Its speedy authentication and ultimate anti-spoofing algorithm provide secure biometric authentication against various fake photos and video attacks.
The SenseFace 7 Series functions as an access control terminal with a video intercom feature and supports the ONVIF protocol. It enhances the video intercom experience and is compatible with video intercom indoor units using the SIP protocol (Version 2.0).
Furthermore, the SenseFace 7 Series supports multiple communication protocols. Its firmware includes AC push functionality and can be converted to TA push, making it compatible with various AC or TA software. It can also switch to the BEST protocol to link with ZKBio Zlink (AC module).

* Note: The face algorithm is upgraded in the high-capacity version. Face templates are not directly compatible with old models, which can be converted via BioPhoto under user authorization.
Configuration
The SenseFace 7 Series can be configured and managed through various methods:
Cloud and Mobile Management:
Users can access the ZKBio Zlink Web Portal or ZKBio Zlink Mobile App to manage devices. These connect to the ZKBio Zlink Cloud Server (Minerva IoT) via wired or wireless networks. The ZKBio Zexus software is also supported.
BEST Protocol Configuration:
This setup involves connecting the SenseFace 7A to the internet, which then communicates with the ZKBio Zlink Cloud Server using AES256/TLS1.2 encryption. The device can integrate with Network Video Recorders (NVRs) via ONVIF. Optional accessories like a Wireless Doorbell can connect via 433MHz, and a Card Reader can connect via Wiegand. A Smoke Detector can also be integrated via Wiegand.
PUSH Protocol Configuration:
In this configuration, the SenseFace 7A connects to the internet. It supports video intercom functionality with an Indoor Monitor (SIP Ready) via SIP. External devices can be connected using RS485, such as an RS485 Slave Reader. Door locks and sensors are managed via relays, with connections for an Electric Lock and Door Sensor. An Exit Button can be connected directly or via RS485.
