Product Disassembly & Cleaning
Washable Parts: Safety Lock, Feeding Bowl, Stainless Steel Feeding Plate.
Non-Washable Parts: The main feeder unit (host). The food tank is not detachable for cleaning but can be emptied by pressing a key to release food from the hopper. Wipe the dispensing outlet and inner wall regularly.
Note: Do not wash the entire feeder unit. Clean the washable parts with mild soap and water, ensuring they are completely dry before reassembly.
Q&A Trouble Shooting
- Q: No food dispensing?
A: Check if there is food in the hopper, check for error indicators on the screen, and ensure you are using non-sticky dry food.
- Q: Pet safety with power cord?
A: The feeder uses a 5V safety voltage, posing no electrocution risk to pets.
- Q: Why is the food hopper not detachable for washing?
A: The non-detachable design simplifies the internal structure. Food can be released via a key, and the dispensing outlet and inner wall can be wiped clean to maintain freshness.
