1 GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1.1 Personal Safety

DANGER

• Before using the equipment, consult your physician to ensure this type of exercise is suitable for your health. This is particularly important for individuals with a hereditary predisposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, those over 45, smokers, individuals with high cholesterol, are overweight, or have not exercised regularly in the past year. Medical advice is essential if you are under medical treatment affecting your heart rate.
• Excessive training can seriously endanger your health. Heart rate monitoring systems may be inaccurate. If you experience any signs of weakness, nausea, dizziness, pain, shortness of breath, or other abnormal symptoms, stop exercising immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.

WARNING

• This equipment is not for use by children under 14 years of age.
• Children should not have unsupervised access to the equipment.
• Individuals with disabilities must have a medical license and be under strict observation when using the equipment.
• The equipment is for use by one person at a time only.
• Keep hands, feet, body parts, hair, clothing, jewelry, and other objects well clear of moving parts.

CAUTION

• Ensure no one is within the equipment's range of motion during training to avoid endangering yourself or others.

ATTENTION

• Do not insert any objects into the device's openings.
• Do not wear jewelry, such as rings, while using the punching bag.

1.2 Set-Up Place

WARNING

• Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes.
• To prevent fire, do not place the device near or in areas with high heat (e.g., near a heater).

CAUTION

• Choose a setup location that provides sufficient space around the product. Note that the product requires adequate space to the rear when in a reclined position.

ATTENTION

• The device is intended for use only in a building, in sufficiently tempered and dry rooms with ambient temperatures between 10°C and 35°C. Do not use the equipment outdoors or in rooms with high humidity (over 70%), such as swimming pools.
• To prevent fading or accelerated wear of the cover, do not place the product in locations with direct sunlight and/or high heat.

2 TECHNICAL DATA

3 ASSEMBLY

ATTENTION

• Do not wear jewelry, such as rings, or accessories on your shoes while using the training equipment.
• Wear boxing gloves during training to protect your hands from injuries.

A four-fold chain with suspension is included in the scope of delivery.

ATTENTION

• The supplied assembly material for ceiling mounting is not suitable for all ceilings. Assess your ceiling's condition to determine the appropriate assembly material.
• The contractual partner accepts no liability for any damage to the ceiling.
• Ensure there are no cables or wires running in the ceiling where the training equipment will be attached.

NOTICE

• The supplied assembly material may not be suitable for your ceiling; you might need to obtain suitable assembly material.
• Assemble the training equipment on the ceiling.

4 CARE, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

WARNING

• Choose a storage location that prevents improper use by third parties or children.

1. Clean the device with a dry, soft cloth.
2. Store the device in the supplied carton in a dry environment.

Taurus® training equipment undergoes strict quality control. If your fitness equipment does not function perfectly, please contact Taurus customer service. Assistance is available via their service hotline.
