1 GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1.1 Personal Safety
? DANGER: Before using the equipment, consult your physician to ensure this type of exercise is suitable for your health. This is particularly important for individuals with a hereditary disposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, those over 45, smokers, individuals with high cholesterol, the overweight, or those who have not exercised regularly in the past year. Medical advice is essential if you are under medical treatment affecting your heart rate.
Note that excessive training can seriously endanger your health. Heart rate monitoring systems can be inaccurate. If you experience any signs of weakness, nausea, dizziness, pain, shortness of breath, or other abnormal symptoms, stop exercising immediately and seek medical advice.
⚠️ WARNING: This equipment is not for use by children under 14. Children should not have unsupervised access. People with disabilities must have a medical license and be under strict observation. The equipment is for one person at a time. Keep hands, feet, body parts, hair, clothing, and jewelry well clear of moving parts.
❗ CAUTION: Ensure no one is within the equipment's range of motion during training to avoid endangering yourself or others.
ℹ️ ATTENTION: Do not insert any objects into the device's openings. Do not wear jewelry like rings while using the punching ball.
1.2 Set-Up Place
⚠️ WARNING: Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. To prevent fire, do not place the device near or in areas with high heat (e.g., near a heater).
❗ CAUTION: Choose a set-up location with sufficient space around the product. Ensure adequate space behind the product when it is in a reclined position.
ℹ️ ATTENTION: The device is intended for indoor use only, in sufficiently tempered and dry rooms (ambient temperatures between 10°C and 35°C). Do not use outdoors or in rooms with high humidity (over 70%), such as swimming pools. To avoid fading or faster wear, do not place the product in direct sunlight or areas with high heat.

3 ASSEMBLY
Instructions:
- Assemble the handle bar (1) and the main support (3) to the main frame (2) using two bolts (5), three washers (6), and one lock nut (8).
- Attach the end caps (9) to the handle bar (1).
- Attach the end cap (10) to the main support (3).
ℹ️ ATTENTION: The supplied assembly material for wall mounting is not suitable for all wall types. Assess your wall's condition to determine appropriate assembly materials. The contractual partner assumes no liability for wall damage.
NOTICE: The supplied assembly material may not be suitable for your wall. You might need to procure suitable assembly material. Assemble the training equipment onto the wall using six bolts (4), six expanders (7), and six washers (6).
