How To Install
- Remove all accessories from the grain container of the feeder. [Image showing accessories removal]
- Plug in the power adapter. If you want, install 4*AA alkaline batteries (Not included) in case of a power failure. Note: Batteries are powered for back-up only and should not be used as the main power source. [Image showing battery installation]
- Install the food tank, then slide the lock of the food tank to the right to lock it. [Image showing food tank installation and locking]
- Fill the food tank with your pet's favorite dry food. Smooth the food and put the lid on. Note: Suitable for dry food with kibble size ranging from 2-15mm (0.07-0.6in) in diameter. Larger kibble may get stuck at the food outlet. [Image showing filling the food tank]
- Place stainless steel bowl into the food tray. Lift feeder and slide the holder into the groove on the bottom of the feeder. [Image showing bowl placement]
Disassemble For Cleaning
- Slide the lock of the food tank to the left to unlock it. [Image showing unlocking the food tank]
- Lift the food tank and the bowl. [Image showing lifting the food tank and bowl]
The base unit cannot be submerged in water. Just use a cloth to wipe up. Bowl tray, stainless bowl, hopper and lid can be washed by water.

How to Set Pet Feeder
Preparation Process
- System: iPhone iOS system 9.0 or above; smartphone Android system 4.4 or above.
- Mobile phone should connect with 2.4G WiFi. If your WiFi is 5G WiFi, set it to 2.4G WiFi.
- The WiFi password is composed of no more than 12 digits and letters. No special symbols are supported. Do not use Chinese.
- Make sure Bluetooth and Location Services are "on" on your phone.
- Please keep the feeder close to the WiFi router. The distance between pet feeder and WiFi router doesn't exceed 33ft/10m and there are no wall barriers between them.
Download the App & log in
- Scan the QR code or search for "ROJECO" on App Store or Google Play to download the app. [QR code for ROJECO app, App Store icon, Google Play icon]

Note: APP language depends on your mobile default language.
Add device
- Power on the pet feeder. Long press the setting button for 5 seconds, then you will see green light flashing fast, at the same time, red light will be off. [Image showing setting button]
- Turn on Bluetooth & WiFi on your phone first and then open "ROJECO app", click "Add Device" or "+", "ROJECO Feeder" will show, click "Add". [Image showing app interface for adding device]
- Enter WiFi password, click "Next". [Image showing WiFi password entry screen]
- Connect successfully as above picture, click "Next". [Image showing successful connection screen]
- You can change the Pet Feeder name if you need, click "Done". After connect successfully, the green light will keep on. [Image showing device naming screen]
- Enter the main page. You can choose the portion, and then click "Quick" to start feeding immediately. [Image showing the main app interface with feeding options]
Add Meal Plan
- Click "Meal plan" to enter the setting page. [Image showing meal plan selection]

- Set the schedule & portion based on needs. Click "Save" to finish. [Image showing schedule and portion setting]
Add Meal Interface Explanation
- Plan1 - 08:30 (Every Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat) / 6 Portions. [Image showing Plan 1 details]

Feed Record

Note: After disconnecting your network, the machine will keep feeding your pet according to your feeding plan without feeding record.

• Short press the button twice to feed a portion of food manually at once.
• Keep pressing the button for 5s, the feeder is reset. ⚙️
WiFi Version Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
Can't configure the feeder on your phone. | 1) The WiFi account and password is composed of no more than 12 digits and letters. No special symbols are supported. Do not use Chinese. 2) Mobile phone should connect with 2.4G WiFi. If your WiFi is 5G WiFi, set it to 2.4G WiFi. 3) Make sure Bluetooth and Location Services "on" on your phone. 4) Program problem, some Application conflicts may happen. Please restart your mobile. |
Feeder appears disconnected from WiFi. | Weak disconnection, please check that the distance between your feeder and router is no more than 33ft/10m, and no concrete walls or too many obstacles between them. Otherwise the WiFi network can be weak and cause unstable connection. |
The feeder can't dispense food or the feed portion is not accurate. | 1) Please empty the food bowl before feeding. 2) Please check if the food dispenser outlet is blocked, if yes, fix it before feeding. 3) Replace with new batteries. 4) Clean the battery box and replace with new batteries. |
The pet feeder is not working when turned on. | 1) Please check the power source is working and the power cord is connected properly. 2) Please try to use the battery as power source to check if the pet feeder will work normally. (When the device is powered by battery backup power, you can't use the APP to remote control, but at this time the device still has a memory function and can be feed according to the feeding plan you set.) |
