Quick Start Guide

Getting Started

Ready to cook up a storm? This Quick Start Guide will help you begin cooking with your Esatto ECC604T 60cm Ceramic Cooktop.

Your Cooktop

The Esatto ECC604T features a durable ceramic glass surface with four cooking zones and a touch control panel.

Cooktop Zones:

Zone A: Durable Ceramic Glass
Zone B: Max. 1800W zone
Zone C: Max. 1200W zone
Zone D: Max. 1800W zone
Zone E: Max. 1200W zone

Zone F: Touch Control Panel

Control Panel

Familiarize yourself with the control panel:

1. Child lock button: [lock-symbol] Press and hold to activate/deactivate child lock.
2. Power regulating controls: [+] and [-] buttons to adjust heat levels for each zone.
3. Timer regulating controls: Buttons to set cooking timers for individual zones.
4. Zone indicators: Lights showing which zone is active and its heat level.
5. Timer button: Button to access and set timer functions.
6. Power button: [power-symbol] Press to turn the cooktop on or off.

Operating Instructions

To Start Cooking:

Touch the Power button [power-symbol]. All zone indicators will display "—".
Place a suitable pan on the desired cooking zone.
Use the power regulating controls ([+] and [-]) to select your desired heat setting for that zone.

To Finish Cooking:

Turn a cooking zone off by setting its regulating controls to "0" or by pressing the [-] and [+] buttons together.
Alternatively, turn the entire cooktop off by touching the Power button [power-symbol].
After a zone is switched off, its residual heat indicator will display "H" until the zone has cooled to a safe temperature.
