EARTHING INSTRUCTIONS

Some dishwasher detergents are strongly alkaline and dangerous if swallowed. Keep children away from the dishwasher when the door is open.

Check that the detergent powder is empty after the wash cycle.

Only wash plastic items marked "dishwasher safe" or equivalent.

Use only recommended detergent and rinse agents.

Never use soap, laundry detergent, or hand washing detergent.

Do not leave the door open, as this could increase the risk of tripping.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent, or a similarly qualified person.

Ensure the power supply is not bent or flattened during installation.

Do not tamper with controls.

Use new hose sets for water connection; old sets should not be reused.

The appliance will switch off automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity to save energy.

UNPACKING

Dispose of packaging materials responsibly to avoid environmental damage. Keep packaging materials out of reach of children.

DISPOSAL OF THE APPLIANCE

Dispose of the appliance and packaging at a recycling center. Cut off the power supply cable and make the door closing device unusable.

Cardboard packaging is made from recycled paper. Dispose of it in the waste paper collection.

Correct disposal helps prevent negative consequences for the environment and human health. Contact your local city office or waste disposal service for more information.

Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. Separate collection is necessary for special treatment.

Installation Instructions

WARNING: ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD

Disconnect electrical power before installing the dishwasher. Failure to do so could result in death or electrical shock.

IMPORTANT! Installation of pipes and electrical equipment should be done by professionals.

POWER CONNECTION

WARNING: For your personal safety, do not use an extension cord or adapter plug with this appliance. Do not cut or remove the earthing connection from the power cord.

Electrical requirements: Connect the dishwasher to an appropriate power supply as indicated on the rating label. Use a 10A time delay fuse or circuit breaker, preferably on a separate circuit serving only this appliance.

Electrical connection: Ensure the voltage and frequency match the rating plate. Insert the plug into a properly earthed electrical socket. If the socket is not appropriate, replace it rather than using adapters.

WARNING: Ensure that proper earthing exists before use.

WATER SUPPLY AND DRAIN

Cold water connection: Connect the cold water supply hose to a 3/4 inch threaded connector and ensure it is fastened tightly.

If water pipes are new or have not been used for an extended period, run the water to clear it. This prevents the water inlet from being blocked.

NOTE: Please close the hydrant after use.

POSITIONING THE APPLIANCE

Position the appliance in the desired location, with the back against the wall and sides along adjacent cabinets or walls. Water supply and drain hoses can be positioned to the right or left.

Levelling the appliance

Adjust the feet to level the appliance. The appliance should not be inclined more than 2°.

Installation Instructions (Continued)

DRAIN HOSE CONNECTION

Insert the drain hose into a drain pipe with a minimum diameter of 4 cm, or let it run into the sink. Avoid bending or crimping the hose. The height of the drain pipe must be less than 1000mm. Ensure the free end of the hose is not immersed in water to prevent backflow.

Ensure the drain hose is securely fixed in position A or B.

How to drain excess water from hoses: If the sink is higher than the floor, excess water may need to be drained into a bowl or suitable container held lower than the sink.

Water outlet

Connect the water drain hose correctly to avoid leaks. Ensure the hose is not kinked or squashed.

Extension hose

If an extension hose is needed, use a similar hose. It should not exceed 4 meters, as this could reduce cleaning effectiveness.

Syphon connection

The waste connection must be less than 100 cm from the bottom of the dish. The water drain hose should be fixed.

Diagram showing drain hose connection to sink or drain pipe.

The following are of limited suitability:

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR LOADING THE DISHWASHER

Removing the dishes

To prevent water dripping from the upper basket onto dishes below, empty the lower basket first, then the upper basket.

WARNING: Items will be hot! Do not remove glass and cutlery for about 15 minutes after the program has ended.

Loading the upper basket

The upper basket is for delicate and lighter items such as glasses, coffee cups, tea cups, saucers, small bowls, and shallow pans. Position items so they do not move during the spray of water.

Loading the lower basket

Place large items and those most difficult to clean (pots, pans, lids, serving dishes, bowls) in the lower basket. Position serving dishes and lids on the side racks to avoid blocking the top spray arm.

The maximum diameter for plates in front of the detergent dispenser is 19 cm.

Loading the cutlery basket

Place cutlery in the cutlery rack separately. Ensure utensils do not nest together for optimal performance.

WARNING: Do not let any item extend through the bottom. Always load sharp utensils with the sharp end downwards.

NOTE: For the best washing effect, load baskets according to the recommendations.

Capacity: 12 place settings

Position of the upper basket: lower position

Program: ECO

Rinse aid setting: 6

Detergent (Pre/main): 5g/25g

Door is open at the end of the drying cycle for the drying performance test and lasts 40 mins (Door position: Open 50 mm).

Rinse Aid & Detergent

Rinse aid is released during the final rinse to prevent water droplets forming spots and streaks on dishes. It also improves drying by allowing water to roll off.

WARNING: Only use branded rinse aid. Never fill the rinse aid dispenser with other substances, as this could damage the appliance.

When to refill the rinse aid

The regularity of refilling depends on wash frequency and rinse aid setting.

Function of detergent

Detergent is necessary to remove dirt. Most commercial quality detergents are suitable.

WARNING: Proper Use of Detergent

FILLING THE RINSE AID COMPARTMENT

  1. STEP 1: Remove the rinse aid reservoir cap by rotating it anti-clockwise.
  2. STEP 2: Pour rinse aid into the dispenser, being careful not to overfill.
  3. STEP 3: Close the rinse aid reservoir cap by rotating it clockwise.

Adjusting the rinse aid compartment

Turn the rinse aid indicator dial to a number between 1 and 6. A higher number uses more rinse aid.

If dishes are not drying properly or are spotted, adjust the dial to the next higher number. Reduce the setting if there are sticky white stains or a blue film on dishes, glassware, or cutlery.

Cleaning & Maintenance

EXTERNAL CARE

The door and the door seal

Clean the door seals regularly with a soft damp cloth to remove food deposits. Wipe off any deposits on the sides of the dishwasher door before closing it.

The control panel

Wipe the control panel with a soft damp cloth only.

WARNING: Do not use spray cleaners. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on outer surfaces, as they may scratch the finish. Some paper towels may also scratch or leave marks.

INTERNAL CARE

Filtering System

The filtering system in the base of the wash cabinet retains coarse debris. Clogged filters can affect performance. Check and clean filters regularly under running water. Refer to the following steps:

  1. STEP 1: Hold the coarse filter and rotate it anticlockwise to unlock. Lift the filter upwards and out.
  2. STEP 2: The fine filter can be pulled off the bottom of the filter assembly. The coarse filter can be detached from the main filter by squeezing the tabs at the top and pulling it away.
  3. STEP 3: Rinse larger food remnants under running water. For a more thorough clean, use a soft cleaning brush.
  4. STEP 4: Reassemble the filters in reverse order, replace the filter insert, and rotate clockwise to close.

WARNING: Do not over-tighten filters. Ensure filters are securely in place to prevent debris from entering the system. Never use the dishwasher without filters. Improper filter replacement may reduce performance and damage dishes.

NOTE: Diagrams and pictures are for reference; your filtering system and spray arms may appear differently.

Cleaning & Maintenance (Continued)

SPRAY ARMS

Clean spray arms regularly to prevent clogging of jets and bearings by hard water chemicals.

To clean the spray arms:

  1. STEP 1: To remove the upper spray arm, hold the nut in the center and rotate the spray arm counterclockwise.
  2. STEP 2: To remove the lower spray arm, pull it upward.
  3. STEP 3: Wash the arms in soapy, warm water using a soft brush to clean the jets. Rinse thoroughly and replace.

CARING FOR THE DISHWASHER

Frost precaution

Take frost protection measures in winter. After each wash cycle:

  1. Cut off electrical power at the supply source.
  2. Turn off the water supply and disconnect the water inlet pipe from the water valve.
  3. Drain water from the inlet pipe and water valve into a pan.
  4. Reconnect the water inlet pipe to the water valve.
  5. Remove the filter at the bottom of the tub and use a sponge to soak up water in the sump.

After every wash

Turn off the water supply to the appliance. Leave the door slightly open to prevent moisture and odors from being trapped inside.

Remove the plug

Before cleaning or maintenance, always remove the plug from the socket.

No solvents or abrasive cleaning

Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaning products on the exterior or rubber parts. Use a cloth with warm soapy water. For interior spots or stains, use a cloth dampened with water and a little vinegar, or a dishwasher-specific cleaning product.

After prolonged inactivity

Run a wash cycle with the dishwasher empty, then remove the plug, turn off the water supply, and leave the door slightly open. This helps preserve door seals and prevent odors.

Moving the appliance

If the appliance must be moved, keep it in a vertical position. If absolutely necessary, it can be positioned on its back.

Seals

Periodic cleaning of seals with a damp sponge can prevent odors caused by trapped food particles.
