Usage Instructions

The LCD battery capacity circle indicates the battery level, divided into six sections representing approximate charge levels (17% to 100%). When the device is in use, the LCD display automatically wakes up. During discharging, the blue capacity segment disappears, showing remaining capacity. During charging, the blue battery capacity circle flashes clockwise, indicating the device is actively charging. The number on the right side of the energy circle displays the real-time input power. After full charging, all blue capacity segments will be illuminated and remain stable. Once charging is complete, unplug the charger.

To turn the product on, press and hold the power button. The LCD screen will light up, and the power button indicator light will become steady. To turn the product off, press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds or more. The LCD screen will display "off", and then the product will shut down, turning off the LCD display.

With the main power button turned on, a light press on the switch button for each functional area will activate that function, and its corresponding icon will light up on the LCD screen. To deactivate a function, tap its corresponding functional area button again; its LCD icon will turn off, and the function will stop working.

Usage Notes

Note: After the product is turned on, a short press of the main power button will turn off the LCD screen but not shut down the product. If the product is not operated within 5 minutes, it will automatically shut down.

Note: The default standby time is 6 hours. If no output power keys are activated and no load is connected, the product will automatically shut down after 6 hours. If the product is not operated within 5 minutes, it will enter sleep state, and the LCD screen will automatically turn off. The LCD screen will automatically light up when there are load changes or operations. The standby time can be adjusted via the companion app.

Note: In high-temperature environments, it is recommended to use loads below 1600W when the battery capacity is between 100% and 30%. Discharging higher loads may trigger the high-temperature protection of the battery cells.

Charging Instructions

AC Charging

Use the standard AC charging cable to charge the device. Connect it as shown in the figure. When the input power on the screen displays a reading, charging begins. The maximum fast charge input is 1600W, and the device can be fully charged in approximately 1.5 hours.

Note: Please use the AC Charging Cable included in the package for fast charging. Do not use other cables. Plug directly into an AC wall outlet and ensure the wall's output current is more than 10A. If not, reduce the unit's charging speed using the AC Charge Speed Switch. The Company is not responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to follow instructions, including charging with other AC charging cables.

Fast Charge & Slow Charge Function Settings

Note: The product must be turned on, and all input and output ports must be off before proceeding.

  1. Long press the DC button and the IOT button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The screen will flash and display "SET", indicating entry into the input power switching interface. Tap the IOT button to cycle through options: 'L' for slow charge (800W input) and 'H' for fast charge (1600W input).
  2. After selecting the desired mode, hold down the POWER button for 3 to 5 seconds to confirm the setting. The screen will stop flashing and display "SUC" to indicate successful setting.
  3. To exit the fast/slow charge switching function, press and hold the POWER button again for 3-5 seconds.

Solar Charging

Connect standard solar panels to the device using the "Anderson to MC4 cable" (x1) and "MC4 to 7909 cable" (x6). Up to 6 standard solar panels can be connected, allowing for a full charge in approximately 1.5 hours.

Note: The solar charging cable (MC4-7909 cable) and solar panels must be purchased separately.

Note: When using compatible solar panels for charging, connect them according to this user manual.

Note: Before connecting solar panels, confirm that the output open circuit voltage of the solar panel is within 150V to prevent damage to the product.

Car Charging

Use the car charger port to charge this product, supporting 12V/8A car charging. To protect the car battery from losing power and preventing the car from starting, it is necessary to charge after the car engine is started.

Ensure a good connection between the car charger port and the car's cigarette lighter socket. The company is not liable for any losses incurred due to non-compliance with standard operation procedures.

Extended Battery Charging

Up to one extended battery can be connected to this product. Use only the supplied cable to connect the power station and the extended battery. The device will begin charging when input power is detected on the screen.

Note: Ensure both the product and the power pack are turned off before connecting the extended battery.

Note: After connecting the extended battery, verify that the product's LCD display shows input power before turning it on.

WARNING: Do not connect or remove the power pack during charging or discharging. If you need to connect or remove it while in use, turn off the power first.

WARNING: Do not touch the metal terminals at the power pack connection port with your hands or other objects. If foreign objects are attached, gently wipe them with a dry cloth.

WARNING: The device only permits plugging and unplugging the battery pack in the shutdown status. Connecting or unplugging battery packs while the device is on will trigger overcurrent protection. Any damage incurred under this situation will void the warranty.

Other Functions

Circuit Break Protection Function

When the AC input current continuously exceeds 10A, the device's charge input port will protect itself. The AC input overload protector button will pop up automatically. After confirming the product is not faulty, press the AC input overload protector to reset the circuit breaker.

FAQ

  1. What type of battery does the product use? This product uses high-quality lithium iron phosphate batteries.
  2. What equipment can be connected to the AC output port of the product? The AC output port has a rated power of 2500W and a peak power of 5400W. It can power most household appliances. However, confirm the appliance's power requirements and ensure the total power of all connected devices is less than the rated power.
  3. How to know how long the product can provide power? The LCD screen displays the battery life. For devices with stable power consumption, you can estimate the runtime based on this display.
  4. How to tell if the product is charging? When charging, the LCD screen shows the remaining charging time. The power indicator circle around the battery percentage will rotate clockwise, and the input power will be displayed.
  5. How to clean this product? Use a dry, soft, clean cloth or paper towel to wipe the product.
  6. How to store the product? Turn off the product before storing it in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature, away from water and fire sources. For long-term storage, it is recommended to charge and discharge the battery every three months to extend its service life.
  7. Can this product be brought on board a plane? No.
  8. Is the actual output capacity of the product consistent with the capacity specified in the user manual? The capacity in the manual is the rated capacity. Due to efficiency losses during charging and discharging, the actual output capacity is lower than the rated capacity.
