Product Diagram

The product features the following components:

LCD Screen Description

The LCD screen displays various information including:

When the device is in use, the LCD display automatically wakes up. During discharging, the blue capacity segment disappears to indicate remaining capacity. During charging, the blue capacity circle flashes clockwise. The number on the right displays real-time input power. After full charging, all blue capacity segments are illuminated and stable. Unplug the charger after charging is completed.

Usage Instructions

To turn the product on, press and hold the power button. The LCD screen and power button indicator will light up. To turn the product off, press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds until "off" is displayed on the LCD screen, then release. When the main power button is on, a light press on a functional area's switch button will activate that function, indicated by its icon on the LCD screen. Pressing the button again will turn off the function and its icon.

Note: After the product is turned on, a short press of the main power button turns off the LCD screen but not the product.

Note: If the product is not operated within 5 minutes, it enters sleep state and the LCD screen turns off. The LCD screen automatically lights up when there is a load change or operation.

Note: The default standby time is 12 hours. If no output power buttons are turned on and no load is connected, the product will automatically shut down after 12 hours. Standby time can be set via the APP.

Charging Instructions

AC Charging

Use the standard AC charging cable to charge the device. Connect as shown in the figure. When the input power is displayed on the screen, charging begins. The maximum fast charge is 2000W, and the device can be fully charged in approximately 1.7 hours.

Note: Use the included AC Charging Cable for fast charging. Do not use other cables. Plug directly into an AC wall outlet with an output current of more than 10A. Otherwise, reduce the unit charging speed using the AC Charge Speed Switch. The Company is not responsible for consequences due to failure to follow instructions, including charging with other AC charging cables.

Fast charge & Slow charge function Settings

Note: The product must be turned on, and the input and output ports must be cut off.

  1. Long press the DC button + IOT button for 5 seconds. The screen flashes and shows "SET". Enter the input power switching interface. Tap the IOT button to switch between "L" (slow charge, 1000W input) and "H" (fast charge, 2000W input).
  2. After switching, hold down the POWER button for 3-5 seconds to confirm. The screen stops flashing and displays "SUC", indicating successful setting.
  3. To exit the fast/slow charge function, press and hold the POWER button again for 3-5 seconds.

Solar Charging

Connect standard solar panels using the "Anderson to MC4 cable" (x1) and "MC4 to 7909 cable" (x6). Up to 6 standard solar panels can be connected, taking about 2.5 hours for a full charge.

Note: The solar charging cable (MC4-7909 cable) and solar panel must be purchased separately.

Note: When using the matching solar panel, connect it according to the user manual.

Note: Before connecting the solar panel, confirm the output open circuit voltage is within 150V to avoid product damage.

Car Charging

Use the car charger port to charge the product, supporting 12V/8A car charging. To protect the car battery from losing power and inability to start, charge after the car has started. Ensure the car charger port and the cigarette lighter of the car charger input cable are in good connection. The company is not liable for any loss caused by non-compliance with standard operation.

Extended Battery Charging

This power station can connect up to 15 battery packs using the dedicated cable. The LCD display shows charging power when charging begins. Battery packs can also be charged via solar or car charging ports. Battery packs are sold separately.

Note: Ensure both the product and power pack are turned off before connecting the extended battery.

Note: After connecting the extended battery, ensure the LCD displays input power before turning on.

WARNING: Do not directly connect or remove the power pack during charging/discharging. Turn off the power before operating if you need to connect or remove it.

WARNING: Do not touch the metal terminals at the power pack connection port with hands or other objects. If foreign objects are attached, wipe gently with a dry cloth.

WARNING: The device only allows plugging/unplugging battery packs in shutdown status. Doing so while the device is on will trigger overcurrent protection, voiding the warranty for any resulting damage.

Other Functions

Circuit Break Protection Function

The circuit breaker cuts off and connects the load circuit, and cuts off the fault circuit to prevent accident expansion and ensure safe operation. In case of electrical overload or abnormal operation, the circuit breaker automatically disconnects the switch to protect appliances and circuits.

  1. Turn on the AC IN switch when charging by mains electricity.
  2. Turn on the AC OUT switch when loading with AC output. Otherwise, there will be no output at the AC output port.
  3. Turn on both AC IN and AC OUT switches simultaneously for EPS function (Load takes precedence over charging: charging + load < 2000W).

FAQ

  1. What type of battery does the product use?
This product uses high-quality lithium iron phosphate batteries.
  2. What equipment can be connected to the AC output port of the product?
The AC output port has a rated power of 3600W and a peak power of 7000W, powering most household appliances. Confirm the appliance's power and ensure the total load power is less than the rated power.
  3. How to know how long the product can provide power?
The LCD screen displays battery life. Estimate duration based on stable power consumption.
  4. How to tell if the product is charging?
When charging, the LCD screen shows remaining charging time. The power indicator circle rotates, and input power is displayed.
  5. How to clean this product?
Use a dry, soft, clean cloth or paper towel.
  6. How to store the product?
Turn off the product and store it in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature, away from water and fire sources. For long-term storage, charge and discharge the battery every three months to extend its service life.
  7. Can this product be brought on board a plane?
    No.
  8. Is the actual output capacity consistent with the capacity specified in the user manual?
The user manual indicates the rated capacity. Due to efficiency loss during charging and discharging, the actual output capacity is lower than the rated capacity.
