As part of our ongoing commitment to keep you informed, we are sharing an update on the availability of our Cardinal Health™ Incontinence products.
To streamline our standard underpad offering and improve manufacturing efficiencies, we are discontinuing our item #988B12 Breathable Underpad. The estimated run out date for this item is December 2025.
At the same time, we will launch a replacement underpad which will be manufactured in a different facility. Item #988C72 will look and perform similarly. It will also have the same bag and case count for an easier transition. See the chart below for item details.

Once inventory of 988B12 is depleted, new orders will be placed on backorder. At that time, all backorders will be canceled, and a new order must be placed for the substitute code.
