Note: Do not remove the PnP cap before the CPU is properly installed. Please refer to the motherboard manual for more information.
Install the Memory (RAM)
Diagram Description: Diagrams show how to open the clips on the RAM slots, align the notch on the memory module with the slot, and press down firmly on both ends of the module until it clicks into place. It illustrates dual-channel installation.
Instructions:
- Open the clips on the RAM slots.
- Align the notch on the memory module with the notch in the RAM slot.
- Press down firmly on both ends of the memory module until it clicks into place and the clips secure it.
Note: Please refer to the motherboard manual for more information.
Install the M.2 SSD
Diagram Description: Diagrams illustrate two methods (A and B) for installing an M.2 SSD. Method A shows securing the SSD with a screw after it clicks into place. Method B shows an optional rubber piece for single-sided M.2 modules and a Q-Latch mechanism that clicks and locks the SSD. Additional diagrams show the M.2 Q-Release mechanism (Type-A and Type-B) for easier removal.
Instructions:
- Open the M.2 slot.
- Insert the M.2 SSD at an angle.
- Gently push the SSD down and secure it with the provided screw or the Q-Latch mechanism.
- For single-sided M.2 modules, you may optionally install the bundled M.2 rubber.
Note: Make sure the M.2 Q-Latch clicks and locks the M.2 SSD securely. Insert the pin of the M.2 Anchor into the hole properly.
Step 3: Install the Cooling System
Air Cooler
Diagram Description: Diagrams show how to mount an Air Cooler using screws and brackets onto the motherboard.
Instructions: Follow the cooler's specific instructions to mount it onto the motherboard, ensuring it is securely fastened.
AIO Cooler
Diagram Description: Diagrams show how to mount an AIO cooler using a bracket and screws. It also shows connecting the pump and fan cables to the appropriate motherboard headers (CPU_FAN/CPU_OPT, AIO_PUMP/W_PUMP).
Instructions: Mount the AIO cooler's water block onto the CPU and secure it. Connect the fan cable to the CPU_FAN or CPU_OPT header and the pump cable to the AIO_PUMP/W_PUMP header.
Note: Please refer to the cooler and chassis manuals for more information.
Step 4: Install the Motherboard into the Chassis
Diagram Description: Diagrams show three steps (A, B, C) for installing the motherboard into a chassis. Step A shows installing the I/O shield (for non-pre-mounted models). Step B shows aligning the motherboard with standoffs in the chassis. Step C shows securing the motherboard with screws.
Instructions:
- Install the I/O shield into the chassis opening (if not pre-mounted).
- Carefully align the motherboard with the standoffs in the chassis.
- Secure the motherboard to the chassis using screws.
Note: Please refer to the motherboard and chassis manuals for more information.
Step 5: Connect Cables
Connect to Chassis Fan and ARGB/RGB Headers
Diagram Description: Diagrams show connectors for Chassis Fan, ARGB header (+5V, Data, Ground), and RGB header (+12V, G, R, B).
Instructions: Connect your chassis fans and any ARGB/RGB lighting components to the corresponding headers on the motherboard.
Install and Connect the Power Supply Unit (PSU)
Diagram Description: A diagram shows the PSU being secured to the chassis with screws, with arrows indicating airflow. It also shows the PSU's power cables.
Note: PSU Input: AC 100~240V, 6A/3A, 50/60Hz. Ensure the PSU is securely mounted and the chassis has proper airflow.
Connect Power Cables to the Motherboard
Diagram Description: Diagrams show connecting the main 24-pin ATX power connector and the 8-pin CPU power connector from the PSU to the motherboard.
Instructions: Connect the 24-pin ATX power cable and the 4/8-pin CPU power cable from the PSU to the motherboard.
