4. Power Charging

The camera can be powered using a power charger or a USB cable connected to a computer. The power charging instruction light (green) is ON while charging and OFF when the battery is full.

5. Peripheral Interfaces

6. Remote Controller

The remote controller function requires the included USB connection cable. Code matching is necessary before use.

Code Matching Instruction:

  1. Ensure the remote controller is ready. Turn ON the camera and connect the USB connection cable.
  2. Press and hold the Shutter button [button] for 2 seconds. The camera status light (green) will flash at 2Hz, and the sound indicator will beep once.
  3. Set the remote controller's 3 dip switches to the center position. Press and hold the Shutter button [button] for 2 seconds. The sound indicator will beep once, indicating success.
  4. Set the remote controller's 3 dip switches to the up position. Press and hold the Shutter button [button] for 2 seconds. The sound indicator will beep once, indicating success.
  5. Set the remote controller's 3 dip switches to the down position. Press and hold the Shutter button [button] for 2 seconds. The sound indicator will beep once, indicating success.

After successful code matching, the green light will turn OFF. You can then control photo or record functions using the remote controller's 3 dip switches.

Tips: Keep the controller's 3 dip switches in the middle position for standby status. Adjust to the up or down position for video or photo capture. Adjusting the dip switch back to the middle position will stop video recording. This prevents direct switching from video to photo mode, which could potentially halt the camera.

Reminders

1. No Memory Card Inserted

When the camera is powered ON and no memory card is inserted, pressing the Shutter button [button] will cause the sound indicator to emit 2 beeps, reminding that recording is not possible.

2. Memory Full

If the memory card is full, recording will stop, and the tail light (red) will flash at 2Hz. Pressing the Shutter button [button] will result in the sound indicator emitting 2 beeps, indicating that recording cannot proceed.

3. Low Power

When the battery is low, the sound indicator emits 2 beeps every second. If the camera turns off automatically due to low power, the power charging instruction light will flash at 2Hz for 4 seconds, and the sound indicator will continue to beep until the camera powers off. If the battery is critically low and the camera is turned on, the sound indicator will emit 2 beeps before the camera turns off automatically.
