5. PERIPHERAL INTERFACES

6. REMOTE CONTROLLER

Use the included USB connection cable for remote control functionality. Code matching is required before use.

Code Matching Instruction:

  1. Ensure the remote controller is ready and the camera is turned ON. Connect the USB cable.
  2. Press and hold the Shutter Button [shutter-button] for 2 seconds. The camera status light (green) flashes at 2Hz, and the sound indicator beeps once.
  3. Set the remote controller's 3 dip switches to the center position. Press and hold the Shutter Button [shutter-button] for 2 seconds; the sound indicator beeps once, indicating success.
  4. Set the dip switches to the up position. Press and hold the Shutter Button [shutter-button] for 2 seconds; the sound indicator beeps once, indicating success.
  5. Set the dip switches to the down position. Press and hold the Shutter Button [shutter-button] for 2 seconds; the sound indicator beeps once, indicating success.

After successful code matching, the green light will turn OFF. You can then control photo or record functions using the 3 dip switches. The order of dip switch settings corresponds to specific functions.

Tips: Keep the controller's 3 dip switches in the middle position for standby. Adjust to the up or down positions for video or photo capture. To stop recording video, adjust the dip switch back to the middle position. This prevents accidental switching between video and photo modes, which could cause the camera to halt.

Reminders

This section provides information on common status indicators and alerts.

1. NO MEMORY CARD INSERTED

If no memory card is inserted and you press the Shutter Button [shutter-button], the sound indicator emits 2 beeps to remind you that recording is not possible.

3. LOW POWER

When the camera has low power, the sound indicator emits 2 beeps every second. If the camera turns off automatically due to low power, the power charging instruction light flashes at 4Hz (2Hz), and the sound indicator continues to beep until the camera powers off. If the power is very low and you attempt to turn on the camera, the sound indicator will emit 2 beeps, and the camera will turn off automatically.
