How to Claim Your Rebate
This promotion is valid only for purchases made at Beach Camera, beachcamera.com, or buydig.com stores or directly through their websites. It is NOT valid for purchases made through a marketplace, auction, or other third-party website portal.
Checklist for Claiming Pro9000 Mark II Rebate Only:
- Completed claim form.
- Write the 9-Digit Alpha-Numeric Printer Serial Number in the spaces provided.
- A legible copy of your sales receipt showing the purchase of the Canon PIXMA Pro9000 Mk II Photo Printer, with the date and purchase price circled.
- Original white "Proof of Purchase" 12-digit UPC barcode cut from the PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II box, leaving a hole in the box. "Proof of Purchase" must be intact (do not peel off the sticker).
- Make copies of all documents for your records.

Terms of Offer
This offer is valid for products purchased by end-user customers from Beach Camera, beachcamera.com, or buydig.com within the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Offer is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by Federal, State, or Local law. A limit of 1 claim per household applies.
To claim, your envelope must contain the completed claim form, the original 12-digit UPC "Proof of Purchase" barcode(s) cut from the product box(es) (leaving a hole in the box), and a legible copy of your sales receipt from Beach Camera or beachcamera.com or buydig.com. The purchase date and price of the eligible printer (and camera, if applicable) must be circled on the receipt.
For the $200 rebate, the purchase of a new Canon PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II Photo Printer must be made between July 1, 2012, and December 31, 2012. For the $400 rebate, the purchase of a new Canon PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II Photo Printer AND a qualifying new Canon Digital SLR or PowerShot Camera must be made within the same period, and both must appear on the same receipt.
All claim documents must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2013, and received no later than February 14, 2013.
Photocopied UPC barcodes and "Secondary proof of purchase" barcodes will not be accepted. All required information on the claim form must be hand-printed; no mechanical reproductions or labels will be accepted.
Keep copies of all submitted materials. Originals become Canon's property and will not be returned. Allow 60 days for claim processing. Incomplete or illegible claim forms, or claims not complying with terms, will be rejected.
Canon reserves the right to substantiate claims and request additional identification or documentation. Use of fictitious names or addresses may result in federal prosecution for U.S. mail fraud. Canon will make the final determination of claim eligibility.
Dealers, distributors, and other resellers are not eligible for this offer.
The American Express Reward Card will be mailed to a street address (except where prohibited by law) in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico. The offer does not apply to refurbished or used products, or to camera and printer packages sold together for one price.
Canon reserves the right to seek reimbursement of any rebate paid on a product accepted for return by Beach Camera or its affiliates after the rebate has been paid.
By submitting a rebate claim, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York regarding any disputes arising out of the payment or reimbursement of this rebate claim.
Quantities of advertised photo printers, DSLRs, and PowerShot cameras may be limited. Canon is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered mail, nor for misprints or typographical errors.
Neither the Pro9000 Mark II rebate nor the Pro9000 Mark II and Digital SLR or PowerShot rebate offers can be combined with any other printer offer or promotion. Cash value is 1/100¢.
The American Express Reward Card is a prepaid card usable at merchants in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands that accept American Express Cards, excluding cruise lines, casinos, and ATMs. It may not be used for recurring billing charges.
Use of the Reward Card acknowledges it is a reward or gift, with no consideration paid by the holder. A $2.00 monthly service fee applies, waived for the first six months after delivery. Available funds do not expire. See Cardholder Agreement for complete terms.
