Terms and Conditions of Marketing Promotion
The Promoter is Canon CEE GmbH, Oberlaaer Straße 233, 1100 Vienna, Austria ("Promoter"). Please DO NOT send requests to this address.
All participants ("Participants") must be residents of the Republic of Croatia.
Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, their family members, agents, and other parties directly involved in this promotion and sponsorship are not eligible to participate.
By purchasing a qualifying Canon product within the scope of this promotion, all participants are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated in writing.
This promotion is valid only for purchases of the products listed below/attached ("Promotional Products") in Croatia, from the Croatian retailers listed below, from June 15, 2023, to August 15, 2023 ("Promotional Period").

All Promotional Products must be new and original Canon products. Purchasing used, refurbished, or reconditioned products, counterfeit products, or products that infringe the intellectual property rights of the Canon group in any way (including, for example, products from so-called parallel or "grey" imports) does not entitle you to this promotional offer.
To participate in the promotion and qualify for one (1) free 64 GB SD micro card, a Participant must purchase a Promotional Product during the Promotional Period. This promotion will be limited by the availability of promotional products as well as 64 GB SD micro cards.
The promotion is non-transferable and there is no cash or credit alternative to the promotion offered.
DISCLAIMER
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible claims, or those that do not meet all the above conditions in any other way.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse the implementation of this promotion for a product if it believes that there has been an abuse or violation of the terms and conditions of this action.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind, regardless of how it occurred, suffered by a Participant in connection with this promotion. However, no provision in these rules shall have the effect of releasing or limiting the Promoter's liability for personal injury or death resulting from proven negligence of its employees or partners.
In case of a dispute regarding the interpretation or implementation of the rules on any matter relating to this action, the decision of the Promoter's Director is final and not subject to discussion.
These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with Austrian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Austria.
