Eligibility and Terms
- Offer valid with purchase or lease of a new imagePROGRAF GP-2000 or GP-4000 large format printer from an Authorized Canon Dealer or Reseller.
- Refurbished, recycled, used, returned, or reconditioned printers are NOT eligible.
- Offer valid for end-users only.
- Purchase or Lease must be made between August 1, 2025, 12:01 AM ET and September 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET.
- Limit of one (1) rebate per eligible printer.
- Offer valid in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
- Rebate checks will only be mailed to a street address within these territories.
- Void where taxed, restricted, or otherwise prohibited by law.
- Returned printers are not eligible for this offer.
- Canon U.S.A., Inc. direct and indirect retailers, dealers, distributors, resellers, and their owners or operators are NOT eligible.
- National Account Customers who receive a bid directly from Canon U.S.A., Inc. are NOT eligible.
- This rebate cannot be combined with CSMP credits.

Claims must be submitted online within 30 days from the date of purchase or lease to qualify.
Required for Submission: A legible copy of your sales receipt clearly stating the dealer/store name, purchase/lease date, and the imagePROGRAF GP-4000 or GP-2000 large format printer purchased and price paid. Handwritten invoices or sales history reports will not be accepted.
Keep copies of all submitted documentation for your records.
Processing and Important Information
- Allow at least 60 days for processing of rebate claims.
- Rebate checks are void after 90 days if not cashed.
- Canon U.S.A., Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered mail, nor for misprints or typographical errors.
