Sonoff T1 EU User Guide
Introduction
Welcome to the Sonoff T1 EU 1-2 gang WiFi & RF wall touch switch. You can touch the switch on/off, or use the App eWeLink or a 433MHz RF Remote to control your devices.
1. Download "eWeLink" App
Search for "eWeLink" in the App Store for the iOS version or Google Play for the Android version.
App Installation Visual Description: The visual shows two smartphone interfaces. The left screen displays the Apple App Store with the eWeLink app icon and download button. The right screen displays the Android Google Play Store with the eWeLink app icon and install button.
2. Installation
ON/OFF Operating Principle
The connected appliances work/stop through the Live wire's power.
CAUTION: Before installing the switch, make sure you have totally cut off the power supply.
Wiring Instructions
2.1 For Lights (Example: 2-gang switch):
Wiring Diagram Description (2-gang): The diagram illustrates the wiring for a 2-gang Sonoff T1 EU switch connecting to lights. It shows input terminals for Live (L) and Neutral (N) power. There are two output terminals, L1 and L2, for controlling two separate lights. A note indicates that a Neutral (N) line is required for operation ("Not applicable without N line!"). The diagram also shows the power source voltage as 90-250V AC.
2.2 For Appliances (Example: 1-gang switch, rated power lower than 600W):
Wiring Diagram Description (1-gang): This diagram shows the wiring for a 1-gang Sonoff T1 EU switch connecting to an appliance, such as a fan. It displays input terminals for Live (L) and Neutral (N) power. There is one output terminal, L1, for controlling the appliance. The diagram indicates the power source voltage as 90-250V AC.
The switch must be powered up through Lin (Live input) and Nin (neutral input). While L1 out, L2 out are Live output for each gang.
After connecting the wires, use a screwdriver to open the panel. The position for fixing the back enclosure is the same as the T1 UK model.
Installation Visual Description: A hand is shown holding the Sonoff T1 switch and using a screwdriver to attach it to a wall box. The back enclosure is then fixed into the wall box with two screws, and the panel is closed.

5. Problems and Solutions
Read the detailed FAQ on the Itead Smart Home Forum. If the answers below do not resolve your problem, please submit feedback on eWeLink.
1. My device has added successfully but stays "Offline".
Answers: The newly added device requires 1-2 minutes to connect to your router and the Internet. If it remains offline for an extended period, assess the problem based on the green LED status:
- 1.1 Green LED quickly blinks one time and repeats: This indicates the device failed to connect to the router. Possible reasons include an incorrect WiFi password, the device being too far from the router causing a weak signal, or attempting to connect to a 5G-router (only 2.4G-wifi is supported). Ensure your router's MAC address filtering is configured correctly (MAC-open).
- 1.2 Green LED slowly blinks one time and repeats: This means the device has connected to the router and server but failed to be added to the device list. Power cycle the device again; if it still doesn't work, try adding the device again.
- 1.3 Green LED quickly blinks twice and repeats: This indicates the device has connected to the router but failed to connect to the server. Please confirm your WiFi router is working normally.
2. Why can't the APP find the device in pairing status?
Answers: This is likely due to your phone's cache. Please close your phone's WLAN (WiFi) and reopen it after a minute. Simultaneously, power off the device if possible, then power it up again to try pairing.
3. My WiFi is expired, can I connect the devices to LAN?
Answers: The Sonoff T1 does not support control via LAN. You will need to connect it to a WiFi network with Internet access.
4. The green LED keeps off, even if the device is powered on. Pressing the button does not work.
Answers: The circuit may be broken. Please send the device back for testing. Return shipping postage and packaging will be at the buyer's expense. If the device is damaged by the buyer, the buyer should bear the extra repair cost.
