AI Infrared Monitor System ULTI-A100 Quick Start Guide

Section 2: Download and Install the AI Monitor App

The AI Infrared Monitor System, model ULTI-A100, is depicted. It is a device for temperature screening, showing a face with a temperature reading of 97.5°F for "Sarah Johnson".

Tap on Download iOS App.

Software Configuration (iOS)

Step 3: Connect to ULTI-A100 using the ULTI-A100's IP Address

A mobile app screen displays an "IP Address" field, pre-filled with "192.168.11.122", and a "Connect" button.

  • Enter the ULTI-A100's IP address in the IP Address field. If a port number is required, append it to the URL with a ":" prefix.
  • Tap on the Connect button.

Step 4: Log in with Admin Credentials

Two login screens are shown. The first has fields for "Username" and "password". The second shows "admin" entered in the username field and a password field filled with dots.

Type in username "admin", password "admin123" and click on log in.

Step 5: Viewing the Live Video Stream of an AI Infrared Monitor ULTI-A100 Unit

Two app screens are displayed. The left screen shows "Face Capture" with a "Plugin was not detected" message and a camera selection dropdown. The right screen shows "TCP/IP" settings with fields for network configuration (IPv4 Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway, MAC Address, MTU, DNS).

  • Tap on Preview to view the live video stream from the ULTI-A100 unit's camera. Select the camera from the drop-down menu in the bottom-left controls and tap the ▶ button.
  • Tap on Configuration to switch from the Preview screen to the Configuration screen.

Step 6: Revealing the Function Menu

The left screen shows the TCP/IP configuration. A label points to an area indicating where to tap. The right screen shows the function menu overlayed, listing options such as System, Communication, Video, Image, Algorithm, and Face Database.

Tap on [menu icon] to reveal the function menu, as it is hidden by default.

Step 7: Hiding the Function Menu

Tap on the right pane to hide the function menu.

Step 8: Logging out of the Admin Account

Tap on Logout on the upper-right corner to log out of the admin account.

Optional: Changing the IP Address Needed to Connect to ULTI-A100

Two login screens are shown. The first is the standard login. The second displays a "Please enter new URL" dialog with a pre-filled URL and "CANCEL" and "SAVE" buttons.

Tap on Edit on the upper-right corner to change the IP address needed to connect to the ULTI-A100, if required. If there is a port number, add it at the end of the URL with a ":" prefix.

Software Configuration (Android)

Step 1: Open the All-in-One ULTI-A100 Product Page

Enter URL https://tinyurl.com/y6nu4x9w into a Web browser's Address field to quickly access the AI Monitor Product Page.

Step 2: Download and Install the AI Monitor Android App

Setup Complete

The AI Infrared Monitor ULTI-A100 unit is now set up and ready for use.
