⚠️ WARNING: READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE DEVICE

  • Use only the supplied power source and power cord. If unsure about your local power specifications, contact your dealer or local power company.
  • Do not break off the grounding prong from the power cord.
  • Do not attempt to bypass the fuse with a different rating or use a 'jumper' wire.
  • Do not attempt to service the unit yourself, as removing covers may expose you to electric shock or other risks. Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
  • Servicing is required if the unit has been damaged in any way, such as if the power plug or cord is damaged, liquid has been spilled, foreign objects have fallen into the unit, the unit has been exposed to rain or moisture, it does not operate normally, or it has been dropped.
  • Do not remove the safety features of the polarized plug or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has one blade wider than the other. A grounding-type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade and third prong are for your safety. If the supplied plug does not fit your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
  • Do not use the amplifier in damp or wet conditions.
  • Unplug the power cord from the outlet if you do not use the unit for a long period of time.
  • Do not step on the cord or allow it to be kinked, especially near the plug and the unit's socket.
  • When the unit is unplugged, the power switch may be left in the ON position.

General Information

Thank you for choosing the NUX AC-25 portable battery-powered amplifier, optimized for acoustic-electric guitars. It features 2 channels with independent controls, Bluetooth connectivity, a built-in tuner, and a dedicated app for tone editing. Wherever AC-25 is, there is music.

Control Panel

Channel 1

INPUT Jack: 1/4" (6.35mm) instrument input.

VOLUME Knob: Controls input signal level for Channel 1.

BASS Knob: Bass frequency control.

MIDDLE Knob: Middle frequency control.

TREBLE Knob: Treble frequency control.

TUNER Button: Press to activate the built-in tuner. Amplifier output is muted when the tuner is active.

Display: Tuner display. Refer to the TUNER section for more details.

Channel 2

COMBO Jack: XLR or 1/4" (6.35mm) instrument input.

VOLUME Knob: Controls input signal level for Channel 2.

SEND Knob: Adjusts the amount of reverb.

General Controls

  • REVERB Knob: Sets the overall reverb level.
  • MASTER Knob: Sets the overall output volume.
  • BLUETOOTH Button: Press to turn the built-in Bluetooth function on/off. Refer to the Bluetooth section for more information.
  • POWER Indicator: Power indicator light. Stays on when the amplifier is powered on.
  • ON/OFF Switch: Powers the amplifier on/off.

Please lower the volume before turning on the amplifier.

Rear Panel

DC-IN Jack: Connect the supplied power adapter here for power/charging the amplifier. Use only the specified power source (15V/2.5A, center negative polarity).

Charge Indicator: Stays on during charging. Automatically turns off when the battery is fully charged.

Low Batt. Indicator: This LED indicator lights up when the battery charge is low. Refer to the BATTERY section for more information.

PHONES Jack: 1/4" stereo headphone output. When headphones are plugged in, the amplifier's speaker will be muted.

AUX-IN Jack: 1/8" line-level AUX-IN jack. You can connect a CD player, MP3 player, or other device to play audio.

LINE OUT Jack: Connect a mixer, recording device, or other similar device here.

Main Components

  • SPEAKER Cover: You can remove the speaker cover by pulling the tab in the bottom right corner.
  • SPEAKER: 6.5-inch full-range speaker.
  • STAND: You can use the foldable stand; simply pull it up when needed.

Operation

Tuner

  1. Press the TUNER button to activate the built-in tuner.
  2. Adjust each string's tuning peg according to the visual tuning indicators on the DISPLAY (TUNING MODE, FLAT, SHARP, IN TUNE).
  3. Press the TUNER button again to exit tuner mode.

The amplifier output is muted when TUNER is active.

The tuner works ONLY with CHANNEL 1.

Bluetooth®

  1. When you turn on the amplifier, the Bluetooth function is also enabled by default. You can manually disable Bluetooth by pressing and holding the BLUETOOTH button for 2 seconds.
  2. The green indicator will continue to flash, indicating that the Bluetooth module is ready for pairing.
  3. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your Bluetooth-compatible device, find the device named "NUX AC25", and tap to pair. You will hear an audible tone upon successful connection.

Battery

The amplifier is equipped with a rechargeable battery. You can use either the built-in battery or the supplied power adapter to power the amplifier. The Low Batt. indicator will light up when the battery charge is low. At this point, the amplifier cannot be turned on until the power adapter is connected to recharge the battery. The amplifier can be used normally while charging. After the battery is fully charged, this indicator will automatically turn off. A full charge may take up to 4 hours, providing up to 4 hours of playback time. Battery usage time may vary depending on your settings.

Warranty Obligations

The equipment complies with approved standards and requirements: Declaration of Conformity TR CU 020/2011 "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means" and TR CU 004/2011 "On safety of low-voltage equipment", Directives 2006/95/EC, 2004/108/EC. The equipment marking: models, trademark, conformity mark TR CU is applied to the consumer packaging. Warranty obligations comply with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights". In accordance with the "Government Decree of January 19, 1998 No. 55", musical instruments are classified as technically complex household goods and are included in the "List of non-food goods of proper quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for similar goods of different size, shape, dimensions, style, color, or configuration".

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale by the retailer, provided the buyer observes the operating rules and storage conditions. Claims regarding quality will not be accepted without a properly completed warranty card or if it contains corrections. The warranty card is not replaced if lost. In case of manufacturing defects, the owner is entitled to free repair or replacement of the instrument within the warranty period, subject to the following conditions: repairs are carried out only by authorized service centers based on an expert conclusion that the breakdown or malfunction is a warranty case; the warranty does not cover products damaged due to improper use, non-compliance with storage conditions, negligence, incorrect adjustment and setup, ingress of liquids and chemical substances; products with mechanical damage; if any part or parts of the instrument are replaced with non-standard, unrecommended, or homemade parts during the warranty period, or if the product has been repaired or modified by an unauthorized person or organization, the warranty may be fully or partially terminated without further notice.

The warranty does not cover consumables, such as:

  • Lamps
  • Cables
  • Speakers

Attention! The warranty does not cover:

  • Malfunctions caused by non-compliance with the requirements specified in the User Manual.
  • Malfunctions caused by foreign objects or liquids entering the device.
  • Mechanical damage caused by the buyer's fault.

Quality claims for the instrument without a passport (ID) and receipt will not be accepted.
