Troubleshooting
NO | Failure Description | Analysis and Solution |
---|---|---|
1 | Power failure | Manually lift the gate lever gently to open the barrier. |
2 | Automatic function cannot lift the gate lever | Turn off electricity and slowly lift the boom arm. |
3 | Self-inspection unsuccessful and barriers not operating normally | Check if L-d motor's left/right rotation modes are compatible. Restart the main board after changing parameters. |
4 | Barrier rod not in vertical or horizontal position | Adjust parameters using menu L-9 or L-6. |
5 | Barrier rod not in vertical or horizontal position | Set L-18 parameter to 1. If the relay acts upon opening/closing, it is set correctly. If the motor stops but the barrier is in place, modify L-6 or L-9. |
6 | Rebound function fails with resistance | Check if L-C parameter allows rebound with resistance (parameter > 100). Rebound function activates after self-check or menu entry/exit when resistance is detected. |
7 | Barriers unexpectedly reverse orientation during functioning | Increase the value of the L-C rebound function parameter when resistance is encountered. |
