Notes: 1. The available operation range for Wireless BT is 10 meters. Ensure no obstacles between the unit and your mobile phone to avoid connection issues or broken sounds. 2. This operation is only available for devices with Wireless BT function. 3. Operations may vary slightly based on mobile device models.
Amplifier, Mixer and External Sound System Connections
Music and Vocals
The unit's LINE OUT (RCA) jacks can connect to a second power amplifier, an external sound system, or a mixing device. For optimum performance, use it as an amp for home sound systems and smaller performance systems. Connect L/R RCA audio cables from the unit's L/R LINE OUTPUT jacks to the L/R audio input jacks on your amplifier, mixer, or sound system.
Outputting Vocals Independently
Output vocals independently from the unit into a mixer using the L/R RCA MIC Outputs. Connect the L/R RCA cable from the MIC OUTPUT to an audio input on your mixer.
External Speaker Connection
Connect speakers directly using MDP (banana plug) speaker cables or standard speaker wires. Ensure correct polarity (+/-) matching. Connect speakers rated at 4-ohms or higher. Do not connect more than one speaker per channel to avoid overloading the amplifier.
For standard speaker wire: Unscrew the plastic binds to access the wire holes. Slide the speaker wires into the slots and tighten the binds. Ensure no insulation prevents conductivity.
Mic(s) Connection
Using a microphone cable with a 1/4" end, connect the microphone to either of the unit's microphone inputs.
Effects Loop Connections
Source Music (Music from a DVD or CD Player)
Use the built-in Effects Loop to add effects (e.g., a professional Digital Key Controller) to source music without compromising original signal quality. Connect an RCA cable from the unit's EFFECTS LOOP L or R OUT jack to the effects unit's input. Then, connect an RCA cable from the effects unit's output to the unit's L or R IN jack.
Vocals
Use the MIC INSERT jacks on the rear panel to loop vocals through an effects unit. A 1/4" Y adapter cable (not included) is required for each microphone line. Connect the single end of the Y cable into the MIC INSERT jack. Connect one side of the double end into the effects device input, and the other end into the effects device output.
Note: If the Y cable is plugged in but the double ends are not connected to the IN and OUT of the device, there will be no sound.
Mic with Remote Key Control
Connect the Remote Key Control cable into the KEY CONTROLLER jack on the rear panel of the unit.
Note: If you are not using the Effects Loop, ensure the LOOP BARS are re-connected. Without them, there will be no sound.
Controls and Functions
Rear Panel Description
- VOLTAGE SELECTOR Switch: Toggles between 110-120V and 220-240V power settings. Ensure it matches your local AC outlet power supply before plugging in to prevent damage and voiding warranty.

Operations
Using Digital Key Control
Digital Key Control allows you to adjust the musical key of the source music (CD/DVD player) to match the vocal range of the singer. Adjustments can be made using the unit's front panel buttons, the remote control, or a Remote Key Control microphone.
- b: Lowers the key of the music.
- 4: Resets the key back to its original (natural) state.
- #: Raises the key of the music.
Advanced Operations
Balancing the Music with the Vocals
The unit offers MASTER, HIGH, MID, and LOW controls for both music and microphone levels, allowing precise mix adjustments for professional sound. If music is too loud, adjust the MUSIC VOLUME control. HIGH, MID, and LOW levels also affect the overall sound and can be adjusted for balance. Be cautious with excessive high (treble) frequencies, as they can lead to feedback.
Balancing a Microphone Channel
It is recommended to adjust microphone levels in the following order:
- Adjust the MIC VOLUME control to approximately 50% (See Fig. 1).
- Balance the LOW, MID, and HIGH controls to approximately 40-60% (See Fig. 2).
- Start background music with the MUSIC VOLUME set at approximately 50% (See Fig. 3).
- Fine-tune each MIC CHANNEL for a clean, balanced mix.
- Compensate for striking volume changes in background music using the -20dB GAIN PAD, which toggles between current and reduced gain levels for quick adjustments.
- Perform a complete song to ensure all settings are balanced successfully.
Balancing the Music Channel: Follow the same procedure as for microphone levels when adjusting music levels.
