5. WARNING: To prevent fire or electric shock, do not expose this equipment to rain or moisture. Do not store or operate this product near any liquids.
6. Clean only with a dry cloth.
7. Do not store or operate this product near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatuses (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
8. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding plug has two blades and a round grounding prong. The wide blade or third prong is provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit your outlet, consult an electrician for the replacement of the obsolete outlet.
9. Protect all wires connected to this unit from being walked on or pinched, particularly plugs and the point where they exit from the unit. When removing the cord from the power outlet, remove it by holding the plug not by pulling the cord.
10. Unplug the unit during lighting storms or when unused for long periods of time.
11. When wiring this unit and all other equipment used in connection to this unit make sure that all of your equipment is turned OFF.
12. Once installation and wiring is complete power on all your equipment with the volume and level controls turned DOWN. Once all the equipment is ON slowly raise the volume or level controls to their proper positions.
13. When grounding this unit, be sure to do so correctly, so as not to defeat the built-in grounding in this unit.
14. Before placing, installing, rigging, or suspending any product, inspect all hardware, suspension, cabinets, transducers, brackets and associated equipment for damage. Any missing, corroded, deformed, or non-load rated component could significantly reduce the strength of the installation, placement or array. Any such condition severely reduces the safety of the installation and should be immediately corrected. Use only hardware which is rated for the loading conditions of the installation and any possible short-term, unexpected overloading. Never exceed the rating of the hardware or equipment.
15. Consult a licensed, professional engineer regarding physical equipment installation. Ensure that all local, state and national Regulations regarding the safety and operation of equipment are understood and adhered to.
16. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

Introduction

To get the most from our Units, it is recommended that you review all the information provided in the instruction manual before operating the equipment.

Connections

A: Audio Input: Connect the audio input with the CD/DVD/TV audio output. NOTE: The unit does not support video signal, so make sure that the CD/DVD/TV AUDIO OUTPUT terminal are connected. Noise will be heard when you connect the unit with CD/DVD/TV video output by mistake.

B: Signal Output: Signal output that can be connected with other amplifier or powered speakers.

FM Radio Control

1. Connect the FM antenna before using the FM radio.
2. Press MODE button on the front panel or remote control to select FM mode.
3. Press PLAY/PAUSE button on the front panel or remote control to auto scan and store FM Radio stations from 87.5MHz to 108MHz.
4. Press NEXT/PREV button to select the FM station.

Remote Control

The remote control provides access to USB/SD, Wireless BT, and FM functions. It does not control master volume, microphone, bass, treble, or other functions.

• Remove the battery sheet before using the remote control.

• [Previous Track/Channel] and [Next Track/Channel] buttons: Select previous/next track in USB/SD or Wireless BT mode. Select previous/next channel in FM mode.

• [Volume Up/Down] buttons: Increase or decrease Wireless BT, USB/SD, and FM volume. These buttons do not control the master volume.

• [Auto Scan] button: Auto scans all frequencies from 87.5MHz to 108MHz and stores channels in FM mode.

• [Mode Select] button: Selects playback mode (USB/SD, FM, Wireless BT). USB/SD mode is set automatically on power-on. MP3 files play automatically after inserting a USB flash drive or SD card. AUX, CD, and DVD inputs cannot be selected with this button.

• [Power/Mode Toggle] button: Hold for 5 seconds to turn ON or OFF USB/SD, Wireless BT, and FM modes, but not to power the unit ON/OFF. The unit will output signal from CD, DVD, AUX input modes if USB/SD, Wireless BT, and FM modes are turned OFF.

• Aim the remote controller at the receiver of the main unit.

File Format: Only MP3 and WAV formats are supported for USB/SD. Unsupported files may be skipped.

USB Port: The USB port is only for playing audio files from a USB flash drive. Do not use it for power supply as it may damage the unit.

Control Panel Buttons

These buttons are used for USB/SD, Wireless BT, and FM functions only.

• MODE BUTTON: Selects USB/SD, FM, or Wireless BT mode. USB/SD is default on power-on. Plays MP3 files from USB/SD. Cannot select AUX, CD, DVD with this button.
• PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON: Toggles play/pause in USB/SD or Wireless BT mode. In FM mode, press once to auto scan and store all frequencies (87.5MHz to 108MHz). The unit stores channels and plays the first one.
• PREV and NEXT BUTTON: Selects previous/next track or folder. In USB/SD mode: select track or folder. In Wireless BT mode: select track. In FM mode: select radio channel.
• INPUT SELECTOR Button: Hold to enter folder control mode (FOLDER flashes on screen). Press Prev or Next to search folders. Press again to exit. Press to select 6 repeat modes: ALL/NORMAL/SINGLE/FOLDER/RANDOM/BROWSE.
• ID3 Button: Displays TITLE/ARTIST/ALBUM/FILE NAME information for MP3 files.

Front & Back Panel

1. USB/SD Card/Wireless BT Control Console: After inserting a USB flash drive/SD Card, set the input selector to USB/SD, then press the mode button to choose between USB, SD Card, Wireless BT, or FM radio.

Steps for Connecting with Wireless BT Device:

1. Press MODE button to enter Bluetooth mode.
2. Search for the Bluetooth device and find the name "PYLEUSA" or "BT".
3. Select "PYLEUSA" or "BT" and wait for pairing. Screen displays "SEARCHING".
4. The unit will make a sound and display "BLUETOOTH CONNECTED" upon successful pairing.
5. Play music from your Bluetooth device. Use unit controls to select tracks. Use play/pause, stop, repeat, previous/next track controls for USB/SD or Wireless BT audio.

NOTE: The USB input is ONLY for USB flash drives. Connecting MP3 players or computers directly may cause failure to play audio.

2. USB/SD Card Control Console Display Screen:

• Search Mode: "FOLDER" flashing indicates folder searching. Use Prev/Next to search. Press Folder button to exit. REPEAT button cycles through ALL/NORMAL/SINGLE/FOLDER/RANDOM/BROWSE modes. ID3 button cycles through TITLE/ARTIST/ALBUM/OFF displays.
• Input Source: "U" for USB mode, "S" for SD card mode. Use MODE button to switch.
• Track Number: Displays the current track number.
• Track or Folder Information: Displays the folder name (e.g., MUSIC).
• Elapsed Time: Displays the elapsed time of the current track.

Front Panel Components

• 1. SD Card Reader/USB Port: For external media.
• 2. LCD Screen: Displays information.
• 3. Power Button: Turns the unit on and off.
• 4. Microphone Volume Control Knob: Adjusts microphone volume.
• 5. MICROPHONE INPUTS: For Karaoke or External Mic.
• 6. Microphone Reverb Depth Control Knob: Adjusts microphone reverb volume.
• 7. Microphone Delay Time Control Knob: Adjusts microphone delay time.
• 8. Bass Control: Adjusts low frequencies.
• 9. Treble Control: Adjusts high frequencies.
• 10. Balance: Controls volume balance between left and right speakers.
• 11. Master Volume Control Knob: Adjusts the main volume.
• 12. Headphone Jack: Connect headphones.
• 13. Headphone Volume Control Knob: Adjusts headphone volume.
• 14. REMOTE RECEIVER: Receives remote control signals.
• 15. IPOD/MP3 JACK: Connect iPod/MP3 players.
• 16. BLUETOOTH ANTENNA: Pull up when using Bluetooth.
• 17. AUDIO INPUT: Connect DVD/CD audio output.
• 18. FM ANTENNA CONNECTOR: Connect FM antenna.
• 19. SPEAKER OUTPUT: Connect speakers.
• 20. LINE OUTPUT: Connect RECORD input jacks.
• 21. POWER SUPPLY: Connect to AC 115V/60Hz and 230V/50Hz outlet.
• 22. POWER VOLTAGE SELECTOR: 115V/230V switch.

Remote Control Functions

• 1. Folder Control: Enter/exit folder control mode in USB or SD play mode.
• 2. EQ Effects: Select 8 EQ effects directly.
• 3. Bass Control: Adjust bass output (BASS-, BASS+).
• 4. Track/Channel Select: Select previous or next track in USB/SD/BT mode, or previous or next station in FM mode.
• 5. Treble Control: Adjust treble output (TREBLE-, TREBLE+).
• 6. Number Buttons: Select tracks directly (2-3 sec response in USB/SD). Hold for 3 sec to select source input (e.g., hold '4' for Bluetooth).
• 7. Mute: Mutes sound.
• 8. Source Select: Switches between FM, USB, SD, BT, DVD, CD, and AUX inputs.
• 9. Play/Pause & FM Scan: Play/pause function for all working modes. Auto scan and store channels in FM mode.
• 10. Volume Control: Adjust sound volume up or down.
• 11. Repeat Mode: Select repeat mode (One, All, Random).

ATTENTION: This remote control only works in USB, SD, FM, DVD, CD, AUX and Bluetooth working modes. It does not work in HD1, HD2, OPTI and COAX working modes. The buttons of HD1, HD2, OPTI and COAX do not work in PDA63BT model. Switch to the USB or SD mode only after inserting USB Flash driver or SD Card.
