Vango Savannah 400 Tent Pitching Instructions
General Assembly Overview
This guide provides instructions for pitching the Vango Savannah 400 poled tent. Follow the steps carefully for proper setup.
Step A: Prepare the Tent and Poles
Lay out the tent fabric on a clear, flat surface. Identify and prepare the tent poles. The poles are color-coded for easy identification.
Step B: Insert Poles into Sleeves
Insert the poles into the corresponding pole sleeves on the tent fabric. Ensure the poles are fully inserted and seated correctly. Some poles may require joining sections together, indicated by numbers on the poles.
Step C: Erect the Tent Structure
With the poles in place, begin to erect the tent. Secure the ends of the poles into the grommets or pole clips located at the base of the tent. This will begin to give the tent its shape.
Step D: Secure the Tent
Once the main structure is up, begin to peg out the tent. Use the provided pegs to secure the base of the tent to the ground. Attach guy lines to the tent and peg them out to provide stability and tension.
Step E: Final Adjustments
Make any necessary adjustments to the guy lines and pegging points to ensure the tent is taut and stable. Check that all zippers are functioning correctly.
